Hixon Fish Bar in Stafford

Best fish n chips iv had for while and very good quick service 😋 👌

Ordered today food was vile and the service poor . The young lady behind counter had no socials skills whatsoever ever . The batter wasn’t cooked properly and the food was Luke warm …. Never again

Amazing food for awesome prices. The staff are the friendliest people to meet and always male ylur day when you enter the shop. The owner is the reason this place is so great, he is a true gentleman and will make it his business to see and invite every customer into his establishment. This is such a great local chippy and i will always choose here for my Friday meal!

Very nice sausage and chips. We were late, just before closing so I understandably limited choice ready to go. But food was very nice. Particularly the chips.

Excellent service and food. Rang ahead as was worried it was close to closing time to order food for my nan who'd missed lunch due to covid jab appt. Staff happy to help, freshly served on arrival and nan thoroughly enjoyed her fish and chips! Thank you!

Really nice good quality food 👌 shame the portion's aren't a little bigger but that's a person opinion would definitely recommend either way

Nicely presented chip shop with friendly staff, but found the chips to be a little soggy, fish however was pretty nice!

The food here is always great. They have lots of specials which are great value - I usually have the mini fish special. Staff are friendly & it seems really clean

Never had a bad take out from here, if I call ahead they will cook my veggie spring roll for me so it's ready when I arrive :)

Don't go an hour before closing the fish and chips were awful I would rather wait 10min for fresh food than pay over £5.00 for inedible rubbish but apparently when everything is busy and fresh they are supposed to be quite good but that would be the same for most chippies
