The worst takeaway in stafford. Leave their phone off the hook when you are chasing then after waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes. Avoid at all costs

AVOID THIS PLACE! The staff lie when you speak to them. Ordered via just eat, app said that the food had been delivered ontime but no food had arrived. Called and was told it was with the driver and would be with us soon. Delivery time updated and passed and still no food. Called again and yet again they said it was on the way, they even pretended to call the driver in the background. 2 and a half hours later still no food. Spoke to just eat who asked to wait another 15 minutes! Still no food so order cancelled and a refund given. Shocking service, why lie about the food being on route? Do not bother with this place as you will be lucky to get any food from them. Looks like a bowl of cornflakes for dinner! I had originally asked for some money back due to the delay, prior to cancelling, I had a message from the takeaway via just eat this morning saying they would not refund as they gave me a free item from the menu in my order. We didn't get any food let alone a free item!!

Absolutely shocking experience, spent 60 pound on an order only to wait around 2hours for it to be delivered and come through the door, never using again !!!!!

Our order took 2 hours to be delivered and in that time we rang twice, each time we were told the food was out with the driver. We were told 45 mins when we rang to order. When the food was drlivered the food was wrong our child's meal was missing. When we rang to get this delivered to us we were told that they don't know when they can re deliver this missing food and we could have it free on our next order. We ending up having to make food in the over at home for our little one. Very disrespectful to be treating paying customers like this.

I’ve read the reviews and am surprised at the bad ones. I’ve had 4 takeaways ( over a couple of months) from here delivered via Just Eat and have had excellent meals each time delivered early to the stated time. Good food.

Food was nearly 2hrs late. Instead of letting me know they kept pushing the delivery time back 15 mins which meant I waited in the car at the pick up point. Food was distinctly average and not worth the wait.

Food arrived on time, but it went straight to the bin. Some food wasn’t cooked, egg fried rice tasted like water, shredded beef was also bland and rock hard, even the prawn crackers were dripping with oil.I’ll be ringing them tomorrow to request a refund

Usually order from here as our go to chinese, recent orders have been late. Food is usually good but the Delivery Driver tonight had extremely poor attitude and got a mouthful back. very rude.update: most recent order was over 2 hours late and could here them on the phone say " i put it over there, look for it"Poor customer service and management

STAY AWAY!!!! Absolutely shocking service. Never even delivered our food, spent nearly £40 with them too. Called after 2 hours (I was being patient as I don’t like to complain). They managed to confirm my address including postcode, and said it was on the way... 35 mins later still no sign of delivery. I call again, and they pretend our order doesn’t exist on their system, only for him to change his mind 5 mins later and say that our food was delivered 2 hours ago. Funny considering I’ve checked our CCTV camera’s and no one ever turned up!! Last I heard the driver was going to ‘call me’. Still nothing back from either the restaurant or driver. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these scammers!
