McDonald's in Stafford

My kids love a maccys quick to order on the new screens and can take away those gherkins lol

Even though the self order kiosks had an option for table service, this is not the case. We ordered with our two young children then was told we had to wait at the checkout which didn't not go down well with a 3 year old and a 3 month old. It was clean and food was ok. Just the dealing with the waiting was stressful

Food here was very good.Made to order & hot for a change.

Leave food and drink out for over half an hour before a delivery driver is there leaving food cold and bag completely spilting all drinks over my floor and food!! And if course they don't want to know as uber "isn't their problem " no uber wasn't the problem you packing and leaving food out caused this!!! Take responsibility instead of blaming driver's!!

Okay food, quick service. Clean restaurant. If in a hurry would recommend.

Usually don't mind this place, but when we last visited, most of the tables were unclean.When we were upstairs I went to get a napkin from what I thought was a dispensor and found a ketchup pot opened underneath a couple of sheets, so we ended up moving back downstairs.There also doesn't seem to be a waiting area for food collection either, so when it's busy you can barely move for all the people stood around waiting.However, food was great as normal and I am in love with the vegan burger!

This is a very busy takeaway at lunchtime. However the staff work quickly. The restaurant is clean. The only issue when busy is that there isn't enough space for queues and people able to use the screens.

Being in today busy lunch but the staff is lovely Christina what a great customer service , will came back again very soon.

Overrun with just eat etc... pick ups slowing the whole place down when you go in person. But then if you order through one of these partner sites the food doesn't arrive at all....

To be fair, it was pretty good. I mean, you don't go to McDonald's for a good meal out, do you? It's a place to drop in for something quick 'n cheap. And they do all tend to be mostly the same. But the ordering process was easy, the food was presented promptly, the place was clean enough and the staff clearly work very hard. It was nothing to write home about but as a fast snack it did the job. That'll do!
