Love the food but unfortunately the service is very poor. Been a few occasions now always have to chase our drink order. Was given our starter and we had finished it by the time we got out drinks. Also was given our main told the lad that served us we were missing our peri peri chips to be the told they’ve run out and just walked off, then 5 mins later the peri chip arrived at our table by a different server. Please sort out your service because it’s really spoiling the experience!

Absolutely stellar!Staff are absolutely lovely, customer service is second to none. Read below for the full story & accessibility info -Had a minor issue with my food that rang some alarm bells in my mind [chicken slightly pink] and they explained why it happened [it was cooked to temperature and showed the right temperature upon being checked, the oven is set to just the right temperature for chicken so its just perfectly cooked rather than cooked to the point of it possibly burning so sometimes it might look a bit pink but it's actually perfectly safe] and gave us a whole new dish regardless as it'd gone slightly cold!Big kudos to all the staff and the manager especially, you're all amazing! Thank you so much for being so kind and explaining everything, it's very much appreciated.Tasty food and good portion sizes. Very nice seasoning. As it was my first time at the restaurant I didn't want to go for anything over-spicy and the lemon and herb was just wonderful. Nice and zingy with a very slight kick. If I go again I'll definitely pick something a bit more spicy but the allure of lemon was too much to resist, and I definitely chose well it was delicious. From an accessibility standpoint for crutch users and people with sensory sensitivities:Plenty of space to balance my crutches next to me on the bench and table while I ate so I didn't need to have them leaning against me and plenty of space to get to tables while on crutches - if you're a long term crutch user you'll know how much of a hassle it usually is to have to balance crutches or have them leaning against you while you eat! No such issue there - the benches are comfortable and there's plenty of space. Not too bright in terms of lighting but certainly quite loud, though this probably owed to the fact that we went on a Saturday in summertime! Definitely go when it's less busy if you're sensitive to noise. You can choose your own spice level, which is perfect if you're sensitive to spice. There's also a little flag indicating what spice level your food is once it arrives so there's no chance of getting it mixed up with a friend's food if they ordered something more or less spicy!

Meal was ok when we finally got it.Indifferent staff, I finally spoke to one of the chefs as the “children’ serving were totally incompetent and disinterested.Meals piling up on the serving hatch and the waiting staff had one speed only. Dead slow!Avoid!

You have to order everything on line when you are in there , luckily had my son and daughter in law with us and they sorted everything. Great food but a strange experience if your not tech savvy lol

Absolutely shocking! Treated the family to a take away, I ended up paying ÂŁ54 and they didn't deliver the main course! So it ended up being a very expensive garlic bread and chips! Gutted! Never again hard earned money down the drain, it looks like they only respond to the positive reviews as well! I will never give them my business again

shockingly bad , can’t even order with a human now have to look at menu and order on the app nothing to do with covid anymore just plain money saving on staff! plain menu find better at a roadside cafe! won’t be wasting my time again on this place

Awful service. The lady I dealt with was no help what so ever. Ordered nearly a £50 order and forgot to add a perinaise. When I rang up to add there was no way they could add it to the order or let me pay for one and just put it with the order. Instead, I’d have to place a new order online which would cost me a lot extra. We go here regularly and felt so undervalued as a paying customer over 1 pot of sauce. It’s not the first time we’ve had issues/wrong orders but won’t be going here again now.

Nice place to have a lovely evening dinner. My first visit to Stafford Nando's. Most of the sides ran out on Saturday evening, very unusual. Would love to go back again, hope they manage to serve the full menu.

Decent Nando's in a nice setting (the new shopping area in Stafford). Nice rustic decor, and clean. Staff pleasant. The food has always been cooked and presented well for the kind of restaurant it is. Can get full on weekends, so might have to wait for a table on occasion. Plenty of nearby parking.
