pasta di piazza in Stafford

Went here last night for our sons 18th Birthday, there were 12 of us in total. Although the restaurant was busy it didn't take long for the food to come out and every meal was delicious. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and super helpful, couldn't do enough for us. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be coming back

I have my favourite italian restaurant for years but this place blew us away. the portion sizes are brilliant. I left full and still managed take some home with me. Great value for money and staff we friendly.definitely my new favourite Italian.my only criticism would be, when you come into the restaurant via the main high street you don't know where to go, maybe a sign or host would be good.

We went here for an impromptu lunch. The food really was amazing. The gentleman who served us was lovely and especially good with our two boys. It was our first visit and we'll definitely be coming back.

We went for lunch around midday. Not too busy. Relaxed place to visit with mostly good Italian food. Waiting staff could be more cheerful but were accommodating. Toilets are under par. Otherwise good place for lunch.

Staff need a kick up the bum in regards to customer service. The food was absolutely fantastic and I would have no problem giving 5 stars for that. Well done chef, but the waiting on staff need a serious word.No pleasantries at all, no banter or questions to see if anything was OK. Basic drop your food on the table. Had to keep asking for service regarding drinks, didn't offer us a dessert menu.Rudely just placed the bill on the table before we requested it and refused us another drink as they had cashed up early. Not even 11pm on a Friday night (We weren't and aren't heavy drinkers). In fact some wanted coffee, which again wasn't offered.Like I say, the food was spot on. The place is self is a nice setting.Haven't been for a few years but was gutted it was not a really good place.Come on guys, we've all been locked down for ages and just want to enjoy a good night out with decent food company and atmosphere. You need to try and give your guests that unforgettable experience. Otherwise you'll be the next place wondering how it all went wrong. The chef however will not have a problem finding work. Raise your game please waiter's.

Would rate 4.5/5 stars.We have visited Pasta di Piazza so far on three occasions in the space of two months!The minestrone soup is the best soup we have ever tried, the garlic bread with tomato is unreal and each pasta dish we have tried have always been very good. We do not eat meat, so cannot rate any of that but highly recommend vegetarian dishes, not to mention how obsessed we are with the olives! Everything seems to be perfectly marinated each time.The service is always Great, the staff are always friendly and the price is also amazing value for money. The food waiting time is very quick, even when the restaurant is busy.We love this restaurant and will be going back again.

Made us feel so welcome. Food was Brill and Staff good. We went to celebrate my Nephew's Son's 16th Birthday. Will definitely be going again at some point

Lovely food and great table service. A bit too quick with your meals if you don't have a starter.Great for birthdays as you get a free tiramisu with a candle and a waiter to sing to you!Not enough choice of wine if you only want one glass.Easy parking close by. Conservatory a bit cold in Winter with all those windows.

Meal mostly ok, overdone steak. Children's pizzas fab. Service very good
