Excellent atmosphere, amazing food and friendly staff. Cannot rate The Treehouse highly enough, this is just what Stafford was missing a wonderful dining and music experience with gorgeous interior! Love love love!!!

Booked here for food, arrived at 8:20pm to be told the kitchen was closed. Funny that, it says on your website that you serve until 9pm?? Food was also still being brought out to other tables around us? Confusing. Staff were unhelpful and very forgetful of what we were asking. We were asked what drink we wanted but we hadn’t even been given a menu, she then gave us a menu after having to ask her for one then she didn’t even give us time to look and stood at the table. We had to ask her to give us more time as it was awkward. We asked a member of staff what restaurants there were in the area, she didn’t even think about it, shrugged and said no. Rude. After one drink we asked for the bill to which she came back and asked if we wanted more drinks? Had to ask for the bill a second time. Unprofessional. Are you trying to be a bar or a club, feels very in the middle, neither seems to be working.

Be honest about the service offered. The marketing and website leads you to believe this is a upmarket bar/restaurant. When in reality it was filled with drunken chavs vaping at the tables and shouting at other customers, including us. The service was slow, food took an hour from ordering at which point we left as we couldn't stand to be there any longer. You shouldn't be advertising as a champagne bar and have a tiny option of sparkling wines, all over priced, squeezed into the bottom of the drinks menu. We had an expensive bottle of prosecco we couldn't drink, it tasted awful. The music was turned up so loud after we had already been there 30 mins that were you couldn't hear anything. Speaker's were crackling and the sound quality was poor. Why offer a table service then act like a club? It's misleading and honestly ruined our evening. If we had known what it was like we would have booked one of the numerous other great restaurants in town.

Absolutely loved this establishment. Owned by a lovely lady who was polite and sweet. The interior design of the environment was beautiful (lots of greenery) and I would love to return in the near future.

Definitely one of the better bottomless brunches I have been too, food was lovely and good drink choice. Only issue for me is an hour is just not long enough, it felt too rushed. Staff were attentive, but was quiet at time of visit. If it was the usual hour and a half that others are it would be 5* and I'd book again!

A table for 9 booked for 1:15. Upon arrival we were seated on three separate tables. One table was behind a pillar making it impossible to interact with the whole group. We asked if we could move to one of the EMPTY booths but was told they were reserved. (Note…there were only two other people in bar) The whole place was empty!!!!The manager/supervisor was reluctant to move the tables together which made no sense considering this was a simple request, however he finally did with some persuasion from a few girls in the group. We were then told that we had an hour only and would have to vacate the table at 2:20 even though a few girls arrived 10 mins late. (We did leave at 2:40 just because we hadn’t finished our drinks)Drinks took forever to arrive which is about right considering the bottomless brunch costs Ā£35 each so that’s how they get around not exceeding the price with the unlimited drinks. The platter was disappointing. I assumed one plate was for one person but we had to share. I had a spoonful of Mac cheese…one chicken wing….6 chips……4 beef strips…..10cm piece of bread and a piece of pineapple. 😩 It was also luke warm. (Food should be over 74 degrees when cooked and this was below 60)One of the girls complained at which we were told we could order two cocktails on our next round…..great šŸ™ŒšŸ¼šŸ™ŒšŸ¼šŸ™ŒšŸ¼ …but again waiting for them was another story!!!!Strangely enough the booths were still empty when we left……oh sorry…… I tell a lie……there was two people sitting in a booth for 10 plus people and the place was DEAD!!!The waiting staff were lovely…we couldn’t fault them but the Manager/supervisor wasn’t so accommodating!!! (In our opinion)My mother summed the place up when we left and said it was like he didn’t want us there.Don’t worry …..we won’t be coming back!!!!The Post House and Liquor Tank were extremely inviting and welcomed our business!!!

We visited this restaurant earlier this week, we all understood tapas means small dish but the size of the share board is ridiculous. 5 dishes for Ā£25 which sounds good.. until you see the size of the board. The portions were 1 chicken skewer each, 1 halloumi bite each, 1 chicken swing each, 1/2 basket of fries between 2 and 4 x 1/2 inch pork belly bites. Save you money! Ā£13 for 2 scallops, disgusting. Ā£13 for a bowl of pasta with 2 x 1 inch pieces of lobster. There are so so many nicer tapas bars in stafford. No wonder it was dead on a Friday night. 25 mins for cocktail orders to be taken, 45 minutes for our tiny portions to arrive and 25 mins to get the bill after we had finished! The cocktails are all ice!! Please don’t go!! Save your money! This place won’t last 2 minutes. I wish I had taken a photo of the food, as I’m not being dramatic. A toddler would still be hungry.

Booked a table for Sunday lunch with my boyfriend and the food was lovely. Staff we're pleasant and the cocktails we had were really nice. Will definitely be visiting again.
