Revolution Bar Stafford in Stafford

Me and my husband went in for some food, ordered through their app, after 50 minutes we asked a waitress where was our food. She went off to find out and came back to tell us it hadn't gone through to the kitchen, yet we had been charged. She was very apologetic and said it would be prioritised, she came us free drinks as a good will gesture.

Rude people there. Wont be coming back with my family to just be treated like they are better than us? We are here to spend our money and have fun but in return they hate their jobs and take it out on their clients. If you don't like your job please leave . Wont be coming back. I guess I should know better than go to low class places..

Popped in for cocktails before a meal. After looking at the cocktail menu on the bar, which mentioned happy hour, we tried to ask a member of staff behind the bar when this was. Unfortunately she rudely walked off, whilst we were asking the question, just saying 'I'm not serving'. Not the best first impression. We were then helped by a much nicer member of staff who told us that happy hour wasn't available on a Saturday. Despite this we still had a cocktail each which were really nice.

The most amazing afternoon for my hen party. Staff were amazing. Was so impressed with the cocktail master class. Thank you Paul. :)

We have done the cocktail making as part of our hen weekend. Big P and lil D looked after us really well and made the whole experience amazing! We will defo be back! Thank you very much!!

Big P, Little D and Simon have been very welcoming for our cocktail making such great fun people and a great night thank you :)

Cold, overcooked & overpriced food.Sharing nachos for 3 with chilli beef had about 20 nachos, some chewy, tasteless beef on top and was stone cold. Paid extra for bacon on a burger, they forgot it which would have been fine if it hadn't taken 10 minutes to bring out. Ribs were dry, overcooked and shockingly small for a £13 full rack, looked more like half. Toilets were disgusting, broken seats and dirty. Staff tutting and sighing because their app broke so they had to write down an order. Bad food, bad service, bad atmosphere.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and took over 30 minutes to serve us with drinks and when the food arrived it looked like it had been kept under the light for not much less time. The side salad was wilted and completely unappetising and bordering on dangerous. Terrible service and overpriced bland microwave food. Would not recommend at all.
