The worst services food I’ve ever eaten, the person behind the counter is the most depressed and miserable server I’ve come across, he does not like his job!! At all!!! And the noodles are hard as rock, no rice available. Honestly, what the heck!?? I promise it’s sooooo bad! So bad!The noodles are genuinely uncooked. I wish you could feel them! 13/06/22 at 18:00

Highly recommend the Sweet chilli teriyaki and the hoi sin duck dishes! Lovely meal, really nice server, would defo come back!

It's so nice to have the choice of something healthy at a service station rather than the typical fast food places. I had the Korean chicken with noodles and some duck rolls. Very delicious and reasonable priced for anywhere let alone a service station who normally hike up prices on food. The lady who was running it was very polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. I can't believe so many people just walked past this without even checking it out - they really missed out.

Ordered Thai vegetable curry with rice. Gorgeous!Paid £5.99 and felt full after consuming it. Now, that is a rare statement with the food prices on motorway services. Much healthier than the highly processed fast food next door but one. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend.

What an absolute rip off this concession is.Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki with Rice. Paid about £6.00 for it.What I got was massive bowl of Rice and just 2 paltry spoon fulls of Chicken Teriyaki. Not enough for a child, let alone an adult.When challenged I was told it was company policy only to give 2 scoops. I asked for the manager who came out and repeated the company policy of '2 scoops'.Perhaps this should be made clear to customers prior to taking payment.I negotiated '3 scoops' but felt like little Oliver asking for more.I can't speak for all Chozen Noodle outlets but avoid this one at Stafford Services at all costs. Absolute jobsworth rip off merchants.

I had a really lovely cinemony pumpkin katsu curry here and ate it outside looking at a duck and fish pond with a fountain. The lady who served me was lovely, it was quiet so they made it fresh and brought to to where I was seated I will defiantly come here again

Nice food. Its a shame they dont start serving earlier. I always aim for a service station that has chozen noodles but feel annoyed when they dont open at 11 or 11.30. Then I end up eating at at competitors place. Please open up earlier. I am not alone in this request.

It is not the first time I eat at Chozen Noodle but it wascthe first time I stoped at this service area .It was like I got the food for free ....rice and some small.... very small peaces of meat ....The bowl they gave me was not even full.I had to go buy something else because I was stil hungry .

This is the most miserable concession it has ever been my misfortune to go to.The food was terrible, two dishes available and some sweaty old spring rolls.Service was disgraceful.

Decent food, great price but the most important AMAZING SERVICE, big THANKS to the guy behind the counter who made his best to let us feel like in good restaurant. My visit took place on 28th in the evening 6.30pm. He definitely should get a pay rise, he was all by himself running two ‘restaurants’ and done really well!
