Nice pub with several side rooms. Lots of ales on tap. Nice outside decked area

Incredibly rude staff. Came in for a quiet drink and was just leaving and my friend, who is a chef by trade was complimenting the size of the kitchen that he noticed through a window in the door might I add, then suddenly the guy on the bar came up and started having a go at him. After explaining it was simply an innocent observation, carried on. A very negative experience.Edit: Despite seemingly responding to this review on here. After emailing I've had no response what so ever. So that's just for show.

A nice old pub with coal fires just what you need on a cold night. Staff were friendly food looked delicious, dogs are welcome, would definitely recommend a visit.

Great Christmas meal on Saturday 😊Edit:Accidentally walked out without paying a few weeks later. Still no idea how really, I was sober at Sunday lunch. But I did.Went back tonight welcomed warmly, presented with the bill so politely and allowed to have laugh about it. Paid obviously. Lovely people, decent well priced food, great beer. Hospitality at its best 🍻😊

Fantastic pub with old style fittings , the log fires give it a very homely feel. Very friendly and helpful staff and a large selection of beers 🍻. The food is amazing " advisable to book a table at the weekends as very busy "

Just had a Roast Pork Dinner at the Sun. It was exceptional. Especially the red cabbage and gravy which were outstanding. Delicious, Well done!

Cracking Titanic pub, Good quality food and Drink. Lovely ambience with open fires and lots of space for plenty of customers. Great pub in town that's like a large country pub. Recommended

Now this little pub is a treat. Titanic Brewery with lots of choice. I had the IPA: Anytime. Very hoppy and an easy to drink session beer.Two beers, low alcohol cider and a coffee for £15.Look forward to returning and sampling more ales and the food 👍🍺Will return when in Staffordshire 🍺
