Sunny Hill in Stafford

Ordered 50pounds worth of food they said it would be 45 minutes, 1 and half hours later they rang saying its on its way, 30 mins later they came the food was freezing cold, the Singapore vermicelli had no flavour what so ever, we rang them and they wouldn't refund me the money, then started shouted down the phone getting really aggressive, we ust to order off them every single week, never again

Person behind the counter is always polite and friendly, and always asks about allergens. Which gives me confidence when ordering food for someone with them. Food is amazing! I’d go as far to say it’s the best Chinese takeaway place in Stafford. Only problem is its sometimes hard to get through to them on the phone. But they accept orders online via FoodHub.co.uk

Usually a pain to find a nice chinese takeaway, ordered today here for the first time and everything was really tasty! Not one complaint on any of the food we ordered all cooked very well and well priced for the portions that we were given. Will be ordering again thankyou!

Certainly the best Chinese food in town but the customer service is shockingly bad! Delivery takes upto a hour 45 at times, collection they prioritize calls rather than customers waiting and regular customers push in and get served straight away. Won't use again.

Best Chinese take away we've had in a long while. Food lovely and hot when delivered, and great choice on the menu. Top marks go to the lady taking our order on the phone - really friendly and very funny.

So glad that Sunny House are delivering now. Never had a bad meal from here. Food delivered was hot and tasty. Always happy to see the lovely lady in the shop. Very helpful and cheerful. Nothing ever a problem if I want to change things from the menu. Portions are just right. Food never comes greasy. Fantastic ❤️

Edit: we ordered again and the food was literally horrible! The noodles this time were over over overcooked and uneatable! Never again!We decided to try this Chinese takeaway thanks to good reviews. We didn't go wrong really. We liked the king prawn sesame on toast and chicken with Peking sauce. Just a bit disappointed with the chow mein noodles, they were cooked too much, that's why they tasted burned. We didn't like the sweet and sour chicken, too sweet but maybe this is due to our tastes. Be aware the new menu with the new numbers for the order is attached to this review.
