Lockdown birthday is not the best! However, the Bell Inn supplied a delicious home made meal following all the required Covid regulations. It was a shame that there wasn't more people trying to give the local pub more business, but they do take-aways so hopefully they will remain in business. Definitely worth a try and the waitress was lovely and attentive. Menu is limited with typical pub grub meals.

Excellent food and friendly service. We went for my mother's birthday and when they found out they presented her with some brownies with a candle and happy birthday written in chocolate sauce. My only criticism would be the accessibility. You can go in through the fire door which has a ramp, but getting to the toilet with a wheelchair is a problem. However, the staff assured me they would be doing something about that.

The food was amazing the staff are very polite and cannot do enough to make your visit the best experience possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The quality of the food against the quantity of the food against the price was very reasonable. It is somewhere I will be going again and if I was asked to recommend somewhere to eat and drink in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the bell Inn will be the place I recommend. The only reason I have given five stars is there are no more available
