Called in for lunch, have been before so know it's always lovely food. We had prawn and salmon sandwich with homemade chips, lovely fresh bread. Ate outside which was nice and was served by a pleasant young lady. Highly recommended.

Lovely place. Friendly staff and very nice food. Kids weren't very impressed with the chips (they would have liked the option of fries) but the rest of the meal was very nice. Would definitely recommend if you're nearby.

Nice intimate pub. Good service and nice portion sizes. Good value for money, would reccomend and would return.

Last minute decision to stop by for lunch and we were so impressed! Food was fantastic a great selection took us awhile to choose what we wanted, great portion sizes adult and children's meals. Highly recommend, cocktails were lovely too and the staff are so attentive. Definitely going to return!

Great find... went away for the weekend and popped in for a meal with the other half. Great food ,atmosphere and such polite and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend a visit a lovely little pub 👍🏼

Been here twice a Sunday lunch and a week day lunch both have been excellent, tasty and well presented with good size portions. Friendly staff and good service thoroughly recommend this country pub.

Booked a table a few weeks in advance for the 11/12/12 and there was no problem. I asked the waitress if there was much of a wait for food so we could decide weather or not to have bread/olives/etc while waiting - her answer was well we need your table for a party booked in later so you best not - ! That put a dampener on the night straight away and we felt like they wanted us moved out pretty quick - we’d only just sat down. Two of the meals were not eaten pork tasted of vinegar and the lasagne was really tomateo. The next thing was a box of crackers being thrown on the floor then a table upside down having legs fitted while we are all still eating. Once the large parties were sat down the table service disappeared - we will not return.

This was a great little find. We have driven past here for years and never been in!! The place is lovely inside and the staff were great so friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous and there was so much of it we were stuffed. Will bring the kids next time as the menu was great and loads to choose from.
