Lovely meal out with the Family at the island restaurant today. Have got to say yet again we had a lovely time,and all are dishes were amazing, Especially my mix grill which i gave a 10 out of 10, lots of flavours and nice spices. And my son had the their take on a classic fish and chips, It looked amazing and was given ar 10 out 10 as well. Thank you to the staff too which were all very helpful and friendly.

Saw the excellent reviews so first visit tonight. Really nice restaurant, lovely friendly staff & super quick service. Food was very good & plenty of it. It's not licenced so you can take your own alcohol. We took leftovers home & they added in a bag of poppadoms & chutneys, etc - what a nice touch. Reasonable prices & they're signed up to the Meerkat meals which makes it fanastic value. Will definitely go back & would highly recommend 👌

Really warm, friendly welcome by Mo & his team. The atmosphere is really relaxing. Food was tasty, hot and good size portions.Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress Hope.Highly recommend this restaurant if you want a tasty mix of Indian food in a relaxed setting.

Fabulous cuisine! Our party of six had tried to find a restaurant late Saturday night and everywhere was closed, when we asked in here at almost 12:00 the staff despite looking ready to finish for the night, welcomed us in with warmth. All the staff were friendly and helpful they served us happily and nothing was a problem for them, I can’t thank you enough! To top it off our meals were all truly delicious, so much flavour and served with care, compliments to the chefs and all the staff here at this gem of a restaurant! 🤩

Ordered lamb shank & lamb briyani.. lamb shank is superb with its flavourful sauce, meat is really tender and succulent. Love it!

Visited this restaurant twice recently and both times had issues with the food. The last trip here all 4 (different) meals completely lacked spice and yet we’re advertised as medium strength. My meal was duck yet the meat had no clues it was actually duck from the texture or taste! On the plus side the service was friendly and the meal based sharing platter for the starter was mostly very good and generous sized only slightly let down by the chewy lamb.We did mention the issues and were offered a discount card on a further visit.I remember this restaurant being much better in the past. Sadly the main appeal now is the ability to ‘bring your own booze’ rather than the food. There are much better Indian restaurants in the Stafford area

We had two curries with mix of chicken, lamb and King prawns. Both were delicious with lots of flavour.The Naga was taken down a notch in terms of spiciness and we probably would have enjoyed it with the full level of spiciness because of its yummy flavours.The service was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

From the first mouth full it was guaranteed we would be coming back here. The food was the best I have ever tasted. I was stuffed and still couldn't stop eating. Service was amazing cannot fault anything. My curry was so nice I couldn't even stop to take a photo! This is honestly more than 5 star and was so reasonably priced. Cannot reccomend it any more .
