Amazing food, great atmosphere and friendly staff.

The staff were so friendly when we came in for brunch on Saturday. The food was really good and the menu was so large I need to come back to try everything else. Would definitely recommend :)

Excellent meal on Friday at the Verso Lounge. Good choice of menus, including vegan and gluten free. Staff were also lovely.

Always liked this verso lounge, but I went in yesterday with my daughter ,and was very disappointed my burger bun was burned and the chips weren't much better. I don't have much choice when looking at their menu as everything has smoked bacon or sausage and I don't eat anything smoked. I always used to have their steak sandwich but that disappeared off the menu when covid hit, so my choices were limited. Sorry verso lounge but up your game or you're going to lose customer s I noticed that there wasn't many people in yesterday, and t,ve seen the same on many occasions as I walked passed.

Awful experience today. Drink dropped in Lap of my mother during a long awaited family lunch. No real apology, ignored twice when I asked for the drinks to be taken off the bill - to compensate for my elderly mother being soaked with beer. Cutlery not wrapped and literally plonked on the table in a pile. No real welcome, staff all looked really miserable.. We asked for a refund - on the food we had ordered but not yet received as my mother just wanted to leave and get herself home to dry off and get changed -still no apology. Awful. Definitely would not recommend or visit again.

Brunch required! Attentive staff, which was customer focused! Was moderately busy when I called but this had no effect on the service I received. Pleasant and clean surroundings. Would recommend 👌 👍 also Dog friendly huge plus in my book. Very close parking available.

I love this place.Warm and friendly service & ambienceGood food with an additional vegan menu.Rustic style interior with old paintings covering the walls and lampshades on lights that make for calm lighting.There is a mix of music at a reasonable volume. Glass windows fill half the interior, so lots of lovely natural light.There is plenty of outside seating, although we've not used this yet. A variety of styles of seating inside with wooden tables.You don't need to make a reservation that hasn't yet caused a problem.They do fab coffee, cocktails & mocktails and a free to use water dispenser with stacked glassesIt's in a accessible location right by the library, shopping centre & car park, with wheelchair access (front door & dining is at ground level)

Delicious food and great vegan menu available. The staff were lovely and attentive, and the facilities were clean. Also accessible for those with disabilities. Visited twice in two days, and will visit again!

It has nice food and drinks but nothing special. However, I really like the atmosphere and the decor and I think is one of the best places in Stafford.

Nice welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Place seemed nice and clean. Plenty of choice on the menu and or selections were delivered promptly. Quality of food and drink was good considering the type of establishment and we would not hesitate to go back.
