Fantastic food, piping hot and delicious. Loved the service button at the table. All staff extremely attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous food, generous portions and the deserts were fantastic. Hopefully we'll be back in Stafford soon, I strongly recommend, you cannot go wrong.

Had the worst experience at this restaurant. I went on a date with my misses, entered the restaurant around 1h before closing, asked politely if we can serve a nice dinner if not we will leave, no problem. The so called manager and owner of the restaurant said yeah, no problem. Ordered a lot of food and wine, paid for it and after it was put on the table, they stopped the music, the workers cames around our table and giving us the malook eye, why dont we leave. Of course the owner left after he Cashed up our money. They made us feel like we came and begged for they're food or something... Worst experience ever. And the food was burnned and cooked like a cheap take away. And they have the pretention to name they're restaurant italian... My advice is don't waste your money in that place... Especially if you go on a date.

Wow. We've been wanting to try Vivere for a while and finally got there for valentines night. Superb food, ridiculously generous portions and very friendly staff. Will definitely be returning to work through the menu. Highly recommend the lobster ravioli...really tasty 😋

All the years we have been ordering from these and they have now changed from their own app to Uber Eats, so placed order and put all card details in, payment processed and no order gone through! Not risking putting details in again. Rang to place order over the phone instead, no longer do this either! Useful! Won’t be using them again!

We went on a quiet Monday before heading into town for the cinema. Booked a table easily and then was served attentively by a young lad for the whole meal. We had a simple calzone and a vegetarian pasta dish. Both tasted fresh and tasty. The service was great and the wait times were your usual or faster in some instance. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the decor is a bit of an assault on the senses. Don Corleone watched me eat my food from two angles next to two huge Italian city scapes. There was a buzzer on the table to call the waiter once ready which was an efficient method but one I never thought needed introducing as it has never been an issue elsewhere. It was just a strange environment but like I said, great food and service.

I do like coming here, and have returned many times. The food is good and I have never had a bad meal. Now for buts… we again sat in the annex. You do seem to be forgotten about. It is also cold and the music is loud. When you go out for a meal, you don’t want the music to replace conversation. People then talking louder until everyone is having to talk loudly. Please turn it down.I will be returning, I just hope the owners listen to customers.

Had our Christmas work party here for the 5th or so time. It's always brilliant. The food is amazing... Fresh and delicious. It's a proper family-run place and you can tell how much everyone loves working there.

Terrible main meal..terrible dessert..and the 'latte' I was served was the most awful chemical taste?? ...the main course was swimming in oil so much that the bechamel sauce had curdled..the profiteroles were overly smothered in a chocolate sauce that didn't taste like any chocolate I've tasted before..I wish I had took photos..what has happened??!!Last time I came to this restaurant before the pandemic started it was very nice..and the fact that you left an underage girl in charge of the restaurant on her own is outrageous!

Amazing food, service could be improved. There is great choice of dishes on offer and the portion size is very generous. They offer gluten-free pasta (for an extra 99p).Only thing that it it down was the service seemed a little overwhelmed for a Saturday.Had a great time and will visit again.
