Came in on Sunday and the person frying was very rude towards me and my family not going to go again. Feel sorry for the staff working with her. It was very unprofessional of her to speak to staff and customers like this. I am NOT happy. She was very rude and selfish towards all the customers she bosses staff around and complained a lot.

Good and great that they now do gluten free on Thurs, Fri and sat.

Great gluten free fish n chips On Fridays

It can be hit and miss here and you don't always get value for money.

What a let down!I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always been great, but recently a lot of the original staff members who were great have been replaced with young kids who are not up to the task. Last time I went they gave tiny portions and the gravy lid wasn’t on properly so it spilled all over everything. Then the last visit again portions were tiny, and they didn’t put all of my order in the bag which I didn’t realise until I got home. Although the food is tasty I won’t be going back again any time soon.

So glad that gluten free fish and chips are available here now, amazing improvement! Friendly staff and great food.

Never had a bad meal, I know some reviews are saying prices have gone up so has cost of living on everything we are coming out of a pandemic lol the staff have always been nice to me engaging in conversation and always get me order right.

Been using this fish and chip shop for many years but just lately have been very disappointed with the products and prices, you now get chips in a polystyrene box instead of the normal wrapping paper, the last time which was on the 14th July 2021 there was a large amount of bits of chips ,not many what you could call chips, and the prices had gone up again, but I have to say the fish we had was really big and very well done ( In bread crumbs ), I am sorry to say it will be a long time before we go there again unless things get better

Always enjoyed food from here. Good portions at good prices but I have to share today’s experience:After ordering online one item of a large order wasn’t as expected - I took the item back and their records showed it was right. After a second’s confusion they insisted on replacing not only that item, but the whole order to “make sure it’s all nice and hot”.- Never experienced this level of service from a takeaway. They’ve earned this review.
