Cafe Clique in Staffordshire Moorlands

We had a beautiful stay here in the coach house. Our host was helpful with directions of which way to walk up the roaches and where the best spots around for food and drink were. After a long day out hiking we were able to crash in a bed each in our accommodation. Accommodation was clean tidy but did lack shower gel. Will come again

We cycled out here on a lovely Sunday expecting to get some good food to fuel us on for the remainder of our 60 mile, hilly ride. Imagine our horror when we were told that they had stopped serving food other than cakes at 2.50 as they were too busy with a large party…… we ecstatic to find the hot dog ice cream van up the road. Very poor service 😢

Beautiful place. Stunning scenery. Looks like a converted barn or farm which is fantastically built because of the beautiful view you get from the windows while your eating. Staff are more than willing to help you with what you need and if you need to change an item they will do so happily.

had breakfast here! It was all cooked fresh, and absolutely gorgeous. And those views from your table, were breathtaking. We'll come back for lunch next time.

Lovely food, friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous views over surrounding countryside. Thoroughly enjoyed my catch up with my friend. At no time did we feel pressured to leave the table. Definitely go again.

An absolute pearl set in the Peak District just below Hen cloud and the Roaches.A marvellous tea room with panoramic views serving food daily at the moment up to 3pm.Home-cooked reasonably priced and lovely & tastey.I'll be sure to visit this location and venue again. Staff very friendly.

Lots of choice on the menu, but limited vegetarian, however, we ended up with great food! Custard was watery, but then they replaced with cream :)

Called for a drink when got to The Roaches yesterday. The views sat outside were amazing. After a hard day hiking in the heat I called again on my way to the car. I really thought I was going to pass out, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for me. Look forward to the next time there and thank you to all staff again, you are truly amazing

I really wanted to like this place as the location is so beautiful and the terrace overlooks a spectacular scenery. My big dissapointment was that as a vegan, there were no food options whatsoever. The menu looked really nice and fairly extensive, but not if you have vegan dietary needs. They also had quite a lovely display of cakes, yet again, not even one was suitable for vegans. I hope this review will be viewed as a suggestion and positive criticism to the business owners. The location is truly special and the staff are friendly.
