Starting a walk in Longnor and the heavens opened. Luckily Cobbles café was open and was, luckily, dog friendly. Only had a cup of tea but the selection of food around us looked very tempting. Lovely friendly staff

Scruffy village cafe. But it was very popular. We went in the morning, breafast looked value.

Stopped here on the ‘To the Roaches’ Audax. Absolutely the best bacon I’ve ever tasted, planning my return, it’s only a 70mile round trip bike ride from home, but totally worth it.

My family had breakfast which looked nice but I had a cappuccino which was dreadful. If you charge premium prices for coffee you should serve fresh coffee (this tasted like it came from a packet). I do wish I could leave a more positive review but the coffee was undrinkable.

A great find for anyone passing. Fantastic value £6.00 for a full English breakfast including tea/coffee and toast. It is busy with walkers, cyclists and locals alike. It is only small, so could be inconveniently busy on nice days and close to lunch time. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Small interior space, good range of cakes. OK in good weather, then can eat and drink outside
