Terrible food! Took so long to deliver and when the food did arrive everything was wet and soggy like it been sitting in the bag for about an hour! Never have food from here again

Absolutely delighted with our service tonight, the lady on the phone was lovely.Our delivery arrived earlier than expected. The food was fabulous, tasty and definitely plenty of it.Thanks, Happy customers!

Terrible service and staff don't care.I feel I have to write this review after having suffered two occasions of very poor service.I appreciate that we are in lockdown but surely this should make collection times easier to estimate as there are no restaurant diners and walk in customers?Both occasions were on a Saturday night and were telephone orders, first time I was given a one hour wait time, however on my arrival I had to wait a further 10 mins in the restaurant, trying to social distance from other customers and delivery drivers. On the next occasion, Saturday 9th Jan, on placing my order I was given a 50min collection time, I arrived on time and the young girl behind the counter informed me that it would be a further 20mins as they hadn't even started it yet!20 mins later I returned and it was thankfully ready. On voicing my unhappiness over the wait and totally inaccurate collection time she was unable to give me a reason, when asked about calling back to let me know there would be a delay, apparently they don't record contact numbers, she said that they were very busy and it was stressful, maybe I should order after 8.30 as it was quieter then! I explained that as I live outside their delivery area it was a 15min journey to get to them. She wasn't apologetic in any way, offering no recompense, I'm afraid that as good as the food may be this was probably my last visit!

They are holding orders open on food hub to prevent feedback.Last nights order was delivered within 10mins of placing an online order. It wasnt a small order and I live around a 5min drive so it was clearly microwaved. I was real hungry so i dismissed the quality thinking it would be fine but i am paying for it today.*Avoid unless you fancy spending a day on the toilet

Well I suggest you don't bother with this take away. Waited 2 hours and got the usual 'drivers out delivering' for the last 30 mins (for a 2 min drive). Now trying to get my money back from Foodhub

Have only used the Laurel Inn for takeaway, but their food is always very well flavoured and not at all greasy, which some Chinese takeaways can suffer from. Usually phone ahead and place the order, and it's never failed to be ready on time.

We had a great time!Food was great and the service was very great.We all had the Buffet, which was excellent.The staff were welcoming and very friendly.Another jewel in Leek! 👍Will certainly be going back there again! 👌

Great food and nice place. A few hiccups with service e.g. delivering one drink and then the other ten minutes later, delivering 3/4 of the dishes ordered and then five minutes later bringing the rest. It can be a little draughty at times so wrap up warm. Staff are nice.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Food hygiene rating 1. Friend went here and had food poisoning for a week and subsequently in hospital for the second time. This place should be shut down. Couldn't give 0 star rating or would have.

Very nice meal, generous portions and very pleasant service. All 4 of us were happy, 2 adults & 2 kids. Would happily return. Thanks
