McDonald's in Staffordshire Moorlands

Awful, shocking experience here this evening. Arrived around 6:15pm and it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Asked to park up and waited another 45 minutes to be told my order had been lost. Scores of cars parked up waiting, who eventually either left or went in for a refund. I had the dog in the car and wasn't even in a space so couldn't go in for a card refund so sent the woman in for a cash one. That was bad enough, but made worse by Uber, Just Eat etc coming and going multiple times. One guy took 3 orders while I waited. I'll never go again. Disgusting service.

This McDonald’s is awful when it comes to delivery. Every time I order on Uber Eats or Deliveroo from this McDonalds there’s always something missing from my order and I’ve 90% of the time had to have it refunded. I’m not using McDelivery with this McDonald’s anymore because it’s beginning to get ridiculous.

the wait at the drive thru at this place laughableeven if there is just a couple of cars in front you can still be sitting there for an age, then when you finally get to the window it resembles some kind of youth clubits no wonder there is regularly that many cars in the que that its not even worth botheringalso your order is wrong 9 times out of 10fast food? joke shoponly get 1 star because there is no option to give them none

The entrance / exit road is the only negative about this McDonald's restaurant. There is a poorly designed bend to access the car park.The staff are friendly and helpful.The service is quick and easy.Inside is clean and modern.The decor is unmistakably the McDonald's McCafe style.Our food was delicious and hot.The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.Well done everybody.

McDonalds now appears to be all about takeaway, waiting an age for my order in the restaurant behind all the takeaway orders, food cold once received. Used to be a good family destination but now appears to be a hangout for the younger generation.

Arrived when there was only 2 cars in the drive through and had to wait for 5 minutes before being served and had the person that came after me be served before me. Then had to wait for a further 10 minutes to get to the till to pay, cause they didn’t even sort the people that were there before I made my order. And through out the times I spoke to people they didn’t even seem to want to make to customer welcome to the establishment. Then when I left, the drive through was blocked off, which I can only image is cause they were struggling with the demand of 6-7 customers in the drive through and maybe 3 delivery drivers inside. If they can’t keep up with a quite morning how do you expect to cope with a lunch rush. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s.

Service very slow especially as it was around 11pm. We used the drive thru but was about 5 cars back when we had ordered. After paying we still sat waiting ages too. Food was good when we finally got it though.

Unfortunately i came to the store about 11:45 in the evening (24-3-22) & the staff were all messing about in the back holding each other saying things that customers shouldn’t hear , also one had no hair net or hat on & all you could hear is the guy that give me the meal keep going on on about the new Vegetarian meal just taken the Mick out of it , with myself being one I didn’t find it funny.Then made me wait 20 minutes then the food was cold & I only had it in the car on the car park.Really a shame as the day team have been ace , just don’t think I go back in the evening again.

I'll give 1 star just for short waiting time considering how busy was inside and outside for drive in but the food it was cold and the way they served the salad (in a box for mc nuggets) and the way it was looking was disgusting.

Didn't have any milk in the machine, so I settled for a black coffee, milk separate. Enjoyed the gooey millionaire doughnut for £1.29 to go with the coffee
