Moorlands Fast Food in Staffordshire Moorlands

I normally order a King Kebab from here, and normally ask them to separate the chips as I get mouth ulcers if I eat too many chips. I've never had any issues with that request until the last time I ordered and went to collect and the owner stated that It is King Kebab with chips, and that it is what it is on the menu, and basically next time I order they won't separate the chips from the Kebab. Up until that point I'd never had any major issues apart from the odd occasion I request no salad on a kebab and there is salad (need to get the greens in I guess), however; since I was basically told I am wrong and I can't have my order the way I want it I will most likely not go back and just use Cheadle Kebab and Pizza house as at least they apologize if something goes wrong.. Not been there now since around October and will continue not to go, 5 stars for the food, 1 star for service giving a medium of 3

Lov King kebab but you always forget to put the lamb in

Absolutely shocking service not recommended at all ordered a meal at 4:30 still hasnt arrived at 18:41so decided to cancel will not be ordering from these again terrible

worst tikka masala ever had . delivery arrived with tikka masala missing , rang up to complain lady that answered put the phone down halfway through the conversation to which I could hear her take an order on another phone after what seemed a good while I was cut off , I rang back to which was offered a nan or can as compensation I asked for a refund for them ruining our saturday night takeaway but I was ignored ,delivery was arranged , the tikka masala arrived verging on cool but worst was the masala itself , the cook who prepared it (chef is too strong a word to use } must have used desiccated coconut to which it was like eating the coconut mixed with sauce a very unpleasant feel to the tongue

Best doner kebab in Cheadle (and Uttoxeter)...don't ask me about pizza or Curry (for curry I go Mughal). As someone has said go pick up yourself there is a huge car park.

No matter how many takeaways open / change hands in Cheadle moorlands will always be the best in Cheadle in my opinion . Others try to beat there kebabs but don't come close in Taste

23/09/20 - Donner meat (cut thin) with chips & special burger, side of coleslaw (homemade). Absolutely delicious! The best so far. Thanks13/09/20-kebab with thin cut meat, special burger with nothing on it and a cheeseburger with cooked onions. Everything was perfect. ThanksLarge cheeseburger was lovely, doner wrap was delicious and the box of kebab meat, chips, chicken and salad was ok. Less chips and more kebab meat next time please. Coleslaw was unusual but tasty and fresh. Will order again.19/06/2020 - waited 4 months to have a kebab & now wish I hadn't.

Tasty pizza, I’ve always been a regular customer because of this. Delivery has started getting ridiculous recently though, was told 45 mins to an hour this week, food arrived after 2 hours! Poor customer service and no apology. I’ll be going elsewhere in future, which is a shame as I’ve used Moorlands for years.

Had no choice but give one star. Total disgrace told an time food never arrived. Numerous phone calls blanked obviously seen my number come up. Then my wife rang from a different number that was answered. Told another 30 mins so I told him I wasn't paying full amount he refused. In the end cancelled the order with no apologies. Avoid at all costs as u never receive your order.

Website was not great, hard to make choices on pizza e.g pizza base, extras etc. When ordering kebabs, states you can choose the type of naan but no box to do this and the same with salad choices. You have to put every detail in the comments box at the end. Very unprofessional.The delivery was 15 minutes late and not very warm and there was hardly any chicken on one of the kebabs. Too many other takeaways in the area to need to order from here again.
