Roaring Meg in Staffordshire Moorlands

Quite busy on a Sunday evening but friendly staff found us a table, good selection of options on the menu and the food didn't take too long to come. It was all piping hot and nicely presented, good sized portions and tasty. Great selection of beers including real ales, will have to come back when I am not driving!

Significantly improved food over visit a few years ago. We enjoyed our lunch here and look forward to returning soon!

Excellent food, excellent service. Our youngest is autistic and has sensory issues especially with food which means eating out can be a gamble and has sometimes led to us paying the bill and leaving before eating in some food establishments. The staff and kitchen at the roaring meg were brilliant in understanding our needs and made changes to accommodate. The food was lovely and reasonably priced.

The food here is next to none. Classic and street food menus. It's a huge venue. Great for parties. It has karaoke and quiz nights. Pool and poker. The owners are both lovely. This was Halloween 2021! 🎃
