Friendly quick staff. Food ok tasting, chips were a bit Stale

Food was very sub par for paying excess of £9 a meal. Chips were soggy and not salted. Disappointed as the food is essentially fast food like McDonalds but with a premium price. Staff was also unenthusiastic but can't blame them.

It's cheap food compaired to the rest of the park. Not bad been there a few times now

I don't like to give bad reviews but the food was terrible. After being incredibly disappointed with Tower Street hot dog stand we decided to try a sit down burger joint. We ordered a quarter pounder, fries and coke, a chicken burger fries and coke, onion rings and popcorn chicken.£20 for real nasty fries, a luke warm chewy plastic burger in the most artificial feeling and looking sesame bun I ever saw. 5 soggy, cold onion rings, popcorn chicken was dry, discoloured and over cooked!!! And a scabby looking chicken burger!!! I've come to the conclusion that Alton Towers DO do fantastic rides and attractions, street entertainment, excellent late night atmospheres during Scarefest. However Alton Towers do NOT do anything approaching quality fast food. If you want to eat at the park I would suggest a restaurant. We will give the restaurants a try next time before we completely give in and take our own food! We would suggest Woodcutters Bar & Grill where they serve what appears to real food, drinks & alcohol served to your table on plates! Or The Roller-coaster Restaurant - just remember to pre-book your table

Awful quality food, chips were cold, burger was dry. Also very expensive. Give it a miss.

Horrible. food was cold , and the whole burger tasted sour. The fries tasted like egg white and i felt sick for an hour after. Ridiculously overpriced.

The worst place my Partner ever had a food. My Mrs was waiting over 30 minutes to be served. 7 cashiers and all of them been chatting instead of serving customers also order my MRS was missing ( at least one Person Lady with long Curly Hair- Thanks to her she Was very polite) find out what’s happen. The gentleman who dose take order just looks like he doesn’t care. The finally Lady who was serving the food was scratching her head and play with her hair all the time. Disgusting place to eat.

Really good food just like McDonald's.

Surprisingly good Burger King rip off. Reasonably priced considering the captive clientele and quality on a par with the aforementioned chain. Excellent sauce station and a well laid out ( not to cramped) restaurant kept cleaner than most similar places.

Quick service plenty of meal deal options. Great coffee Loads of indoor seating available
