Everything about this place is spectacular. The food is incredible, the service is second to none and the entire location is exquisite. The pub has the perfect country pub feel, with cozy nooks and decor. The outdoor seating area is beautiful, I especially love the gazebo for when it rains!I love the Three Horseshoes so much, I had my wedding here and we still return every year on our anniversary to enjoy the memories that we will forever hold dear. Their wedding service is wonderful, they really do go above and beyond to ensure your day is everything you dreamed of.The spa is incredible. The hot tub is dreamy and the beach hut experience is surprisingly relaxing to someone who hates sand! The unique mill wheel adds extra charm, and the facilities are cleanly and high end. The therapists are soothing and experts in their profession, I hate being touched by strangers, but my massage here was the most relaxing experience I've had.Honestly, you will not regret visiting this wonderful location, whatever the purpose of your visit is!

We had a lovely spa afternoon here for my partner's birthday. I bought an afternoon package with a three course dinner. I felt it was a bit pricey but I'm a bit of a right arse and it's a spa! The spa facilities were great, sauna, hot stone room, hot tub and the staff were on hand whenever we needed. The food in the huge restaurant was lovely, I would of liked something fancier, I had steak and chips. The rooms were nice too, we stayed in the four poster room. All round great trip, would recommend

Stayed as part of a spa package deal with dinner and breakfast included. The spa is nice, no swimming pool and limited features though. The food was delicious but they were out of quite a few things on the menu and it’s fairly limited anyway (no fish options available was a huge disappointment for us.) Breakfast was the same as any cheap hotel so not worth the cost. The carvery for lunch wasn’t very good. The room was fairly nice and the hot tub was small and cosy. Biggest disappointment is that other hotel room windows are above the garden hot tubs so we had strangers peering in which ruined the experience completely. Not enough privacy at all. Unlikely to rebook.

Really busy for Mother’s Day so inadequate service maybe can be forgiven (or maybe not considering it was Mother’s Day 🤷🏻).We were sat down at our table and after 10 mins I had to go and ask if it was table service for the drinks. After the drinks order was eventually taken we decided to order food immediately in case we were going to have to wait again. We ordered the carvery I then noticed on the menu that there were 3 different sizes. After I asked the waitress if this was relevant she then asked yes what size did we want (this wasn’t going to be asked without me prompting). We then went to get our food and was told that we could only have 2 of the 4 meat choices available. This wasn’t explained by the waitress. We proceeded to eat a very nice carvery however after a long walk on the Roaches we were very thirsty but at no point did a member of staff come back to the table to ask if the food was ok or whether we would like to get another drink. I therefore had to get up from the table stand in the queue at the bar to get another drink. We finished our food and still had no approach from staff so rather than continue to wait to order a dessert we walked to the bar and asked if we could pay the bill. The member of staff then handed me the card machine expecting me to pay before seeing the bill basically expecting me to trust him that the £50 charge was correct. We went for food and the bonus of the experience was the food however I really feel that complacency regarding the service just isn’t necessary. These guys should experience any of the Paragon group establishments to understand the level of service that can be achieved.

We book a 'just spa' for 2 people. On the website its looks great. Came today and was disappointed. The rooms are small and compact. When another couple came into the room feels a little too much. It was lovely and clean just small. The fact there were added extras you have to pay for isn't great. The beach hut you have to pay ÂŁ14 pp. So the only things you get with the spa is sauna and steam room and the hot tub which is located outside. Always packed and when you get in wasn't very warm as you would expect a hot tubThe changing facilities aren't any just a room for everyone to change we used the shower to change. It wasn't bad but if I knew what I was receiving before hand I wouldn't have booked it.The food we had in the restaurant wasn't great either had buger and chips. The chips were like crisps and the bun on the burger was very dry.

The best word I can use for this spa establishment is adequate. Firstly the good things, the food in the restaurant is lovely, the outside pool is great. Pricing is average for this type of resort. Things they could improve on include claiming to offer a two course meal when it is only starter and main course, an option of main and desert is not available apparently even though this is also two courses. Quite substantial supplement are added on many choices of main course. The stone room is in near total darkness and not an enjoyable experience, in my opinion. Beach experience is pleasant but would not pay for it, if it wasn't included in main price.Overall in my opinion, ÂŁ10 per person too pricey for the afternoon experience, and I am unlikely to return soon.

We were at a wedding here, the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, they truly went above and beyond. The meal during the day was amazing, I really enjoyed my pie, cooked beautifully. The portions were great, even my huge appetite was filled. The presentation was perfect, even including love hearts on the desert as an extra wedding treat. The hotel rooms were perfect, easily accessible for my disabled Grandad and plenty of room in our family suite. I can't recommend this venue enough.

Compliments to the chef, but the service was rubbish.Had a meal this evening, the food was really nice but unfortunately our experience was let down from the staff. The service was quite slow & the really young members of staff weren’t very polite or helpful. Had to wait ages for sauces to arrive with our meals (nearly ate 1/2 our meals before we had to ask again) . We asked to take our left overs home when we had our plates cleared by one of the young males, but he didn’t not return with our doggy bag and didn’t return to our table. Also the general mood & attitude was very poor.I just think the staff need to pay more attention to customer service & training the younger members to improve the experience as the food is nice with decent portions.

If your your looking for a relaxing experience this spa is not for you, very disappointed and won’t be returning, not usually one to complain but people need to know about this as we left more stressed than we arrived. The staff had very poor knowledge, were unhelpful, the music in the “relax room” at one Point was a rock song, this room is also used as a corridor to get outside so people were constantly walking in and out, the steam room has no steam in it. Just very disappointing overall felt like a complete waste of money especially after It looking so good online (great marketing but poor on the delivery)

Stayed here as a package deal with hot tub room, 3 course meal, bottle of Prosecco, spa day and breakfast. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had for very good value. All Staff were friendly and couldn’t fault anything, will be back for sure.
