Went for lunch, great food, nice village super cental location fir walks, camping. Real ale, not real chips, so I had potatoes.

Went for lunch on Boxing Day. Food was good and far too plentiful for us. Would recommend to anyone a visit.

Cracking pint great fish and chips dog friendly in the bar, nice open fire. Was going to try the special but had a big breakfast

Called into this hotel on route to visiting family. My husband ordered Friday's fish, chips & peas & I had the Chilli & Nacho dish, with sour cream and guacamole. The fish was a large Haddock with lots of home made crispy batter. It was delivered very quickly and both meals were fabulous. The two meals were £15.90 so excellent value.The place was very clean too. We will definitely call again when passing. Thank you Ye Old Crown Hotel.

Clean and and comfortable interior with big padded leather seating. The food was good, not exceptional but certainly good. Service was a tadge slow and the food took a while to arrive ..but to be fair, we were in a large group. Would go again, but be prepared to wait.

Lovely little pub with good ale and lovely food. Staff were nice and seemed genuinely happy to see you. Locals were a little loud for the small rooms but who am I to complain it's their pub and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
