Haven't had one from here for ages now I know why. Food came late, I can forgive that on a Friday night. But it came with only 1 starter, not good when there's 2 of us. Pawn on Puri was absolutely gross, the pancake was rock hard and the filling was tasteless. The main meal was very nice so no complaints there, then half way through the main and my missing starter came. Guys your letting yourselves down, takeaways aren't cheap these days and there are loads of other takeaways willing to take money and business from you.

Ordered our takeaway as usual. Went to collect and they'd given it away to someone else. The person was driving off. They ran up the road banging on the van. Brought our takeaway back and put it in another bag. (Like that will make a difference) I said I would not be accepting the recycled food as we don't know what the guy had done to it in the time he had it. They thought it was ok and refused to recook the food. I walked out.At a time when covid is still present you would have thought common sense would prevail. Mistakes happen but that's not how it should be handled. They've now lost a regular customer. Poor publicity and a possible visit from health and safety. Well done. Wonder how often this happens and what happened to our food.

My favourite Indian takeaway in the city. The Chicken Paneer is amazing. All food is top quality with fresh ingredients. Fast delivery, great staff. 10/10.

What a fantastic take away. To be honest we as a family don't normally have take aways as in the good old days when people could go out for an evening then we always have done that. But Al Helal is probably our first take away meal. But it certainly won't be our last and we will without a doubt use here again. The food was of fantastic quality and as we picked it up ourselves went into the shop and it was impeccably clean. A massive thumbs up all around with the food outlet.

Saturday night takeaway tonight. 20.5.2020. I've got to say, the food was out of this world. Piping hot and absolutely gorgeous. Seriously the best takeout we've ever had. I wiped my plate clean, and scoffed with the last of the Naan bread. I'd say it beats most sit down restaurants too.Regards Dave & Sharon C. The Moat. 👍👍👍👍👍

Really disappointed with the food tonight. Watery curry and missing sauce for the starters. Needed salt to flavour the food. Two and a half hour wait! This is probably the last time we use them. Was great in the past.

Food was warm when delivered, not hot. Chicken and mushroom balti was OK but had no mushrooms, it did have alot of peppers which weren't asked for. One of thehicken kormas had a long brown hair in it so that had to be thrown. Moderate food that's overpriced. First and last order from there

Used to go here over 25 years ago but moved out of the area, decided to travel that bit further to get a curry tonight, was not disappointed just as good as I remembered, excellent food will be traveling that bit further more often now
