Food is very tasty but I'm sure they have no idea on how to read additional details every time I order I request salad and not once have they ever got it right frustrating

Had an hour timer and last 3 times its ran out and ive waited an extra half an hour on top of that, ive been going here for years but their standards have dropped dramatically. shame as their curries are nice...Update.... Had a pizza and a value box and it was beyond greasy, the pizza was dry and tasteless, and some onion rings that were all flatted together and soggy.... this place has really gone downhill, its taking them an hour to deliver everytime now..... sad timesedit: edit: Last couple times have been ok again, curries are always tasty and portions always a good size!

Used this place for many years and no matter what I order its always world class. Arrives quickly piping hot and always delivered on time . Delivery drivers always have a smile. Without doubt the best take a way food in Stoke-on-Trent.

Absolutely shocking. Curry was disgusting. Lost another good customer 😕

Had food from here last night, nothing like I usually get when being served, not as good as usual, all cabbage and onion in the salad no tomato or lettuce, plus the price has gone up in 3 months to approx £8 each, for a garlic nan bread sandwich with chicken tikka, lamb and salad. Big jump from £6.50 each. Not amused at all.

This is about the 3rd time they have taken over an hour to deliver when ordered 1hr 30 mins still not arrived yet. In fact your better off phoning kfs.. . Update food never turned up

Well over an hour and half wait again for average food. Used to be decent. Gone right downhill. Lost a long time customer tonight boys. 😠😠😠

Worst curry I've ever had first and last time I ordered .food came swimming in water and only luke warm. total waste of money .

Only just started ordering food from here, due to being told about it from a friend. No problems since we started ordering, and food is always lovely and hot and delivered on time

The food here was very nice, the value was amazing and the customer service was excellent. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a bite to eat.
