Brewers Fayre in Stoke-on-Trent

Visited with family on a Sunday. We didn't have to wait too long for the food to be brought out. The portion sizes are a bit on the small sizes, carvery probably would have been better.The kids meals would suit someone 7 years and under.

After first selecting a table we were asked to move and reseated in a noisy and cramped area due to them setting tables up for breakfast.The waitress was more interested in chatting to her friends and eating their food than those around her.The food was average and it would have been a satisfactory visit if there was any level of service.App ordering would be a better option

Absolutely spot on. Took the wife and kids for mothers day. The place was extremely busy but the staff were confident and didn't look under pressure. Food arrived in good time and was really good. The manager of this branch needs appraisal as the system and staff work A*

Brilliant, been twice now to my local Brewers Fayre, having stayed in a few PI I used them then but found them mediocre at best so never thought to try my local one until a friend stayed in our local PI. Have to say they have been consistent and by far the best Brewers Fayre I have used. Thank you for a great experience.

Had 1st visit the other day, food was lovely and piping hot. The staff were very attentive and our order was spot on and it was lovely and clean. Will definitely be going back again, highly recommended!

Excellent choice of Menu, staff are friendly and helpful too. All meals were really well cooked, great value for money. I would recommend 5*

Staff were a delight. The pub was nice and warm. Had 2 refillable’s that tasted flat, even after mentioning to staff. Good value for money for food, but you pay for what you get in terms of quality. Overall, a nice place for a quick cheap meal

Had an enjoyable couple of hours at The Brewers Fayre, beer was fine, had a some Nachos which were perfect for a chat and a pint session. The service was fine, very polite staff and the venue was comfortable and clean. 👌 Will give there again.

Really poor quality food not worth anywhere near the price they charge. I think most of the customers must be captive from the Premier Inn.We weren't expecting anything special from a Brewers Fayre to be honest but nothing this bad!Burgers looked like they'd either been microwaved or cooked hours ago and kept warm... Wrong Kids meal arrived but it was so late in the day we just took it and said not to worry.Plenty of other chains locally - would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

That is one very nice place, highly recommended. Really nice and tasty food, friendly personal, great atmosphere.
