Brindley Farm, Dining & Carvery in Stoke-on-Trent

Wow what a carvery I ordered the ultimate carvery and it came with 3 Yorkshire puddings and 3 pigs in blankets, a massive choice of tasty vegetables mint or regular gravy. The food is excellent, staff are amazing. The desserts are humongous really only turn up if you're hungry. Great place. I will be back

I tried to call this place several times to book a table for 9 people. They didn’t answer so I put a reservation through the website. It does state on the website to let them know if we would like the Childrens area, as we have kids I thought I best call to confirm this. The guy I spoke with was the rudest person ever. He couldn’t be arsed to check the reservations for that day. He said he couldn’t guarantee any table. Which I expect but at least he could have checked to see what he had in for that day. He said his system was upstairs to check the tables. Fair enough I appreciate that. I asked if he could call me back once he had checked. His response was ‘NO’ . I knew it was a bad idea in the first place eating in a place that the staff don’t care about the customers. Well played Brindley farm, great customer service!!! See you never!!

We went last night for tea. We were unsure as to what to order, we went to the bar to order drinks whilst waiting I overheard a bartender say that there was a 40 minute wait for food, so we chose a standard carvery and for a while this is where things got a bit pear shaped, the only meat available really was turkey, there were the remains of gammon and same with the beef, the menu stated that there should also have been cheese, onion and potato pie and roasted vegetable pie, which there wasn't any sign of, ( not good for vegetarians and vegans) , didn't ask because the poor lad that was on there carving the meat was also filling up the sides, it was also very busy. There just didn't seem to be enough staff a) for the size of the menu and b) for how busy it was. Having said that the food was delicious, the turkey was divine, so moist and juicy and all the veg was cooked to perfection. Would I go back, most likely because there were items on the menu that I would like to try, was it value for money definitely.

Went to Brindley Farm as a walk in on Mother’s Day and they managed to squeeze two of us in. The host that greeted us was very smiley and personable. The food was good quality pub grub I had the smothered chicken and my partner had the crispy chicken medley. We then back to the bar to order a cake away, Craig the bar manager was very helpful and friendly and talked us through all the cakes. Highly recommend the venue for well priced family meals out.

First time visit after hearing mixed reviews but I have to say I was really impressed. greater upon entry and they managed to squeeze us in as we hadn't booked. was served at the bar by kieron who was down to earth and very professional. I had the mixed grill and my partner had the steak and they were top notch. Will definitely be returning to try the carvery as it looked really fresh with good variety

We didn't book a table in advance but thought we would try our luck. We weren't disappointed! Deb greeted us and advised that so long as we were out of the table by 3.30pm we could use them.The Carvery selection of meat and a huge choice of vegetables meant there was some thing for all of our party. Everything we had was cooked to perfection and tasted fab. The hospitality was second to non. We even took home a couple of slices of the amazing cakes!We had a slice of red velvet and Chocolate cake with Mars bars/rolos on it

Went for Breakfast and the food was delicious. Had the buffet breakfast. Buffet wasn't quite full but the polite and helpful front of house member Debbie asked us what we were waiting for. Told us to go sit down and she will bring the food we were waiting for over. 5 minutes after sitting down Debbie brought our food and was very polite and welcoming. Definitely made a good start to my day. True asset to the team

Family group of 25 had a good time after not seeing each other since before pandemic, we all had carvery which was good following up with excellent desserts, my mum had one of the last chocolate fudge servings to die for, massive dessert portions we will come here again next time, service was excellent.I had 3 meats on my plate with as much vegetables that could fit on the plate. Cheesecake portion was massive it was difficult to to finish after filling up on the main meal.Thanks very much too all the staff 😊

I can recommend the Sunday lunch carvery. We booked table in advance, as we knew it is popular. Friendly meet and greet on arrival and we were taken to a reserved a table. Very well organised. It's popularity means it's busy and there was a small queue for drinks and payment, but that's to be expected and the friendly Staff worked efficiently. Great selection of meat and a huge choice of vegetables. Everything we had was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. Great value and service.

Good carvery. Lots of choice of veg with options to add on a few extras like pigs in blankets & extra y.pud.The carvery area is kept very clean. Service is usually very quick & staff are lovely too. We've never been in when it's been manically busy which is much better. The good thing is as well as carvery there's a varied menu to choose from too. Great to just pop in on Sunday evening when you haven't had chance to cook or a midweek treat.
