Burger King in Stoke-on-Trent

I like BK. The food today was freshly prepared, so nice and hot, drink was refillable, and plenty of flavours to choose from, add to this, the member of staff was nice polite, and the restaurant was really clean too, so good visit, thanks BK.

The place was absolutely filthy toilets stunk no sanitizer when Covid is on the rise what more can I say but disgusting.I am stopping using food outlets who do not understand health and safety under these difficult times.

All toilets but one were broken and the only working one has no toilet paper. The condiments tray was empty, they didn't even have salt. It's obvious that the owner is trying to save as much money as possible at the expense of customer experience.

Slow slow service, cook to order so always takes about 15 minutes to get through the drive thru . Definitely not a fast food service at this one.Also, milkshake machine is always off "broken"

The drinks machine must of been cleaned that day and the drink tasted like cleaning product. I couldn't drink it. Could taste cleaning product and staff member even tried it.. so instead got a latte which when I come to drink it the lid tasted and smelt of perfume 🤢.. just asked for another lid.Definitely think you should run the drinks machine after it being cleaned to stop any drinks tasting like cleaning products .. the chemicals in them drinks 🤢 and as for my latte lid having perfume.Don't spray perfume on then handle things. Wash your hands 😉 don't fancy a perfumed latte..Other than that customer service from the young lad was good 😊

Always love going to Burger King. Its great to see Burger King still have the great tasting / quality food they always had especially in an age where well established food chains are rapidly going downhill by cutting corners to save money, resulting in low quality food and flavour. One complaint though is that the price point for a meal has become expensive for fast food joint.

Not to bad at all! Much more filling and delicious than a McDonald's and everything was on point from the Coca-Cola to the Whopper so the food overall is a winner, the store does need a bit of a clean however but to avoid that just either have it delivered or go into Hanley with your food.

Decided to treat the wife to a burger king for a change instead of mcdonalds. Needless to say we should have gone their. I am appalled at how bad the attitude was towards us whilst ordering, once the food came out it came across cold and drier than anything we have ever tasted. We shall not be coming back!! Tables left untidy, floor greasy and bins overflowing. I understand you are all busy but your not that busy to clean up. It used to be a really nice burger king.

Burger King is Burger King and the burger is good but I think that's the only one in Stoke as far as I could see, but the place is run down need a proper make over to bring it up to date. Poor guy listening to the intercom on the drive through couldn't hear a word we were saying and vice versa the sound was so crackley 😳

Love the food! Quick service! Great place to eat in. Plenty of parking pretty much all the time. Never too busy. Will be going more often. Staff also very friendly.
