Caffe Nero in Stoke-on-Trent

Friendly service, nice food and drink. Had a mushroom and mascarpone toastie, and a salted caramel and pistachio frappe, very yum

Had a Flat White and Pana Chocolat both very good.Friendly service as well and everytime I visited always find plenty of seats.

We visited at 5pm so it was nice & quiet. Lovely clean cafe with a nice cuppa & friendly staff.

This café is always clean and the staff are always friendly and professional.I just witnessed an extremely rude family treat the staff abusively and the staff were professional and kind with them regardless. I would not have held my temper like these girls did! They are a credit to the brand and one of the reasons I always return here rather than other branded chains.I highly recommend the iced latte with vanilla syrup, the perfect treat on a hot day!

Splendid experience, always a pleasure to comeback.Best coffe I had in Hanley to be honest so far, always I choose double espresso has a rich flavour and not over burned as many leave it to much which alter the taste!I love this place as it is always cleaned.And staff is friendly and always smiling, even if your day was bad, it will cheer you up.Good job Nero Caffe!

Called in for a coffee and hot chocolate, quickly served by efficient friendly staff. Drinks were lovely, only minus is I felt staff hovering to take our tray and mugs before we were finished. The place was empty so I think they were looking for something to do

I love an Americano, so thought I'd pop in. Really nice staff - great service. Great coffee too. My only gripe, and this is a biggie for me - the medium size cups: what's with the tiny, tiny handles? I've got normal size hands and I couldn't grip it without the cup tipping. The physics is way off. I had to hold it by the actual cup. Luckily I've got a massive pain threshold, and managed to get away with only 3rd degree burns. Still five stars though, as it's not the fault of the one Caffè Nero I visited.

Love Caffe Nero and it was lovely as all others. Staff were very friendly and sweet, and the cakes and coffees were great! Lots of comfy seats too. Also an upstairs with seats by the window!
