City Flames in Stoke-on-Trent

Absolutely awful!!Ordered a flame kebab (£11.50 on the menu but charged £13! ).... 4 slices of chicken tikka, a piece of shami kebab, a couple of pieces of either lamb (which tasted off) or steak and literally a couple of dry strips of doner meat on a nan. Total rip off .... won't be going back!Oh ... and the staff are rude!

Too Good food and very reasonable price .we always order box which is enough for four people and love their pizza aswell

Ordered from here before and it was nice food for the price, just had an order and literally hadn’t even touched the chips and donner meat and this is how much i was given,was also given the wrong can. staff weren’t very helpful

I order from here every time i have a take away but after this time i will not be ordering again !! Just under 2 hours wait for food rang them after hour and 20 min they hadnt even done it if it wasnt for already being paid for i would of told them forget about it..... by time my food arrived i couldnt even eat it due to baby needing feeding.... never even offered to knock anything off for the wait.... also very rude last time i ordered and complained about the burger being way!!! Over cooked the lad was rude and saying well i cooked it myself and it def wasnt over cooked.. very rude staff......

Cracking burgers.Curries a bit light on the meat content..But still tastes fantastic..Used em for ten year.Wouldn't go anywhere else...No competition.. Gold medal 🥉

Really good food and great value for money. They let you be creative with your order - a refreshing fusion of Indian street food and UK takeaway. As a Londoner on his travels they made me feel very welcome - will always come here now on my travels 🤙

Not impressed. Food is usually really good but we have just ordered and received very poor quality and that's putting it politelyThe picture is what was supposed to be chilli melters 🤮 jokeNo point making a complaint either as they don't do anything

Fast service polite staff. Lovely food will definitely be going again. Have had delivered before and was really nice. Do recommend.
