The staff are always lovely and are a credit to the company

Nice shop, difficult to get through with a mobility scooter but glad to find a spot to park while having our drinks.

Very busy. Only two staff who coped very well though struggled to clean tables. Place could do with a good spring clean especially in the window area, doesn't look as though it's been touched in weeks.

Great staff! Went in at 5 and they were working really hard to keep queues down . Always really busy but still have a smile and great attitude.

Good visit. Plenty of tasty food available, cakes, tray bakes, pastries. Very busy , but staff were pleasant and worked efficiently and tables were cleared quickly.The millionaires shortbread was delicious. Shame they didn't have any decaf tea available.

Always enjoy going to Cost Coffee. My cappuccino & carrot and walnut cake were lovely. The staff are polite and nothing is to much trouble. Our table was cleaned as soon as I sat down and the previous customer had left.

Costa Coffee Hanley, situated just inside the Intu Potteries Shopping Centre, this cafe offers a range of Coffees, Cakes, Sandwiches and soft drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpfully, chatting with customers. The coffee is good and the food is OK. I think it can get rather busy in there and we were lucky to get our table and it wasn't too busy! Two off putting points, one being staff sat with customers doing administrative processes on a laptop and the second, one drink not being charged for. Obviously no one can complain about free things but I am sure the company wouldn't be too pleased.

Its quite nice. Had a luxury hot chocolate. I never expected. I love my hot chocolate strong with no milk and that's what I got. Which was great.
