Domino's Pizza in Stoke-on-Trent

Unwilling to co-operate with a simple request. We called less than 1 minute after ordering simply asking if we could change the base from tomato to BBQ. We were told no as they had already been put in the oven - granted if it really was already in the oven then it’s bloody quick service… I asked if they could put in another instead, given that we had called plenty quick enough, only to be told rudely “if you want to pay for it as well, yeah”. Just really poor customer service skills which does not necessarily reflect on the minimum wage staff but rather the incompetent management, I suspect.

The food Was cold , someone sat on the pizza box

Ordered a deal that came with a drink (one of the only reasons i chose that deal) when it came it didnt have any sauce on the pizza, completely dry and on top of that it didnt come with the drink, it was like i was in the sahara, when i said to the delivery guy, didnt this come with a drink he was like ‘oh yeah sorry sir I’ll run back and get it now’ but never came back. Called them up but they let the phone ring out, absolute bellends

Good by the time I actually got the cookies that I ordered. They forgot, so by the time I got home, my pizza was cold from sitting about. On the plus side, they did give me a free drink for my wait

I ordered my pizza for 4pm. It arrived 15 minutes early, which is brilliant IF everyone is here, however, now my husband has to eat cold or reheated pizza!! When I called Trent Vale, the manager said it was not their problem. Absolutely shocking!! Why state a delivery slot when you're going to send it ASAP anyway? Terrible customer service from what is usually a fantastic store!

Good food. Fast service. Friendly staff. I'm full after dinner. Happy.😁

Order many times with no problems. Box that looks like it has been sat on and the pizza cold.

I ordered pizzas there for £20, they never arrived. The reason: international phone numbers cannot be called from the delivery person's phone. When I ordered I was able to leave my number and pay, but was never informed that non-English numbers do not work.Edit: Through the general customer service and PayPal I could get my money back. Thank you very much for this. But the customer support in the local store is very bad, the operators were not very understanding. I do not recommend anyone to order there with a non UK phone number.

I would never use this place again. I had a problem with an offer that was still ongoing. They refused to honour the offer. I asked to speak to the manager. She was nasty from the second she started to speak. She said WHAT! I told her the problem. She said look if my staff say it is finished it's finished ok. Is that all? I said. I work in retail and know never to speak to a customer this way. She said go away and put the phone down. I contacted the head office. I got an e mail saying they had received my e mail and they would pass it to the franchise manager who would contact the franchisee and sort it out. I heard nothing total waste of time. If you have a problem with them, dont take it there. In fact just forget about it. Nothing will be done about it

Me and my partner order the mega mix deal with cheesy wedges with bacon rashes that was 50p extra. The delivery was quick and the food was warm so all good there. You get plenty and it is good value for money however the down side was the wedges I don't think we got many and only a few bacon bits, the worse part was that we found a grey blondish hair and my partner is bold and I have black hair so it wasn't ours! But overal it was an alright deal but will not have it again due the hair incident.
