Esquires Coffee in Stoke-on-Trent

Popped in today on the spur of the moment as I was shopping couldn’t of asked for a nicer latte,the staff were very attentive towards all of the customers I will definitely be back next time it’ll be a smoothie thanks Jen Bekki and amie your doing a great job

I don't know who the staff were but I haven't seen them before. It used to be a nice place but these two were arguing behind the till whilst customers were queuing. Really really unprofessional. Then wait 30 minutes for a cold meal. Will not visit again. Avoid

Cakes were devine and the drinks were lovely theres a large selection of choice, had a small problem which was soon rectified by the staff which were really friendly and we would return again. Lovely little place to go in Hanley Centre :)

Lovely spacious cafe to sit and relax after a day of shopping. The staff were all freindly especially bekki that served me one of the nicest coffees I've ever had, also the almond cake is to die for :)

Was very disappointed when I visited this cafe, staff made it feel like a chore to help. No tomato ketchup, no cutlery to even eat our food until I asked. Couldn’t believe it when she handed me over knife and forks for me and my partner that were covered in food that hadn’t been washed.Would not recommend!

Little gem in Hanley, atmosphere is great, food is always brilliant and staff are amazing, all the girls are lovely but Jenny is a little diamond, can highly recommend the brownies 😊. Thanks ladies see you again soon x.

Great service 👏 and it's a pleasure to frequent at esquires for coffee. Thanks to Jayne/jen and all the staff what work there. As for the person posing as UFO I THINK that's just sour grapes 🍇 on that person's behalf.

We were in Hanley for a week whilst working at the theatre and were so lucky to have Esquires on our doorstep! The staff were lovely (Jenny - you are a legend!) and we would recommend to anyone for such friendly service and yummy food! Thank you all! :)

I don't usually bother going as they often don't have any vegan options in, any or left on the shelf. Today they had no falafels left to make the only vegan lunch option, unless I wanted to pay 4.50 for beans & toast, no thanks. Its 2022, modernise, there are more vegan options these days in the local a greasy spoons.
