Flames Smallthorn in Stoke-on-Trent

Claimed I didn't pay when I did, expected me to pay again which I will to avoid conflict

Ordered from here for a lady that had broken down with kids in the carDelivered as promisedCan’t fault

Was driving past and decided to go in here, Burger was delicious and my partner enjoyed her pizza. Staff were very friendly talking to us whilst we waited, will eat here again

Bit pricey for what you get, service slightly slow but food is well presented and cooked well too.

Don't order chicken from here rang up to complain and staff were just rude like we were just after a refund which we weren't and didnt have a refund

Had 2 pieces of chicken and burger delivered Charged me £4 for two of the smallest chicken drumsticks I’ve ever seen & swimming in grease……tried to call and explain but they’re not interested. Absolutely shocking service. AVOID this place!

I think they must have some staff who have no idea how to cook or present food and yet some who can. Ordered twice food was good but last time it was awful ( 4 small pieces of chicken and a gallon of mayonnaise slammed onto a small nan bread for£7 it looked like someone had been sick. Guy who took the delivery over the phone was unprofessional, snappy and impatient. Poor practice, lost customer 😠

Very poor service how can you get the address wrong 3 times and bring my food to my door stone cold and exspect me to eat it?? Would you eat cold kebab?? Never again been a customer for years but not any more. Where has the old staff gone they was superb. DO NOT BOTHER with these

Absolutely a waste of time!! Ordered food they took the money waited over an hour for delivery phoned told order number 13. Another 20 mins still no delivery phoned again obviously they haven’t even cooked it. I won’t be ordering from this takeaway again!!

I order from here regularly, the food is always excellent and hot and fresh. I always collect, so I can't comment on the delivery service. The staff are always very friendly and polite and once I turned up 5 minutes after closing, and they switched everything back on for me. I'm very impressed with this place. Thank you
