Forest Park in Stoke-on-Trent

Could do with some imaginative planting around the area. Short on trees.Nice in rough weather to sometimes be able to park near the small lake and watch the bird life. Of course there's a charge now that the council have decided to tax people at various parks. So much for encouraging people to exercise. Wouldn't be so bad if the toilets at the parks were in a half decent state.Nice little cafe with decent prices and friendly staff. Good ice cream too.

Comparatively big area with a small lake and children's park. Parking available as Pay and display. Walking around the lake gives positive vibes. Nothing much to see in view of a tourist. But a good place for skater's, joggers and for pet lovers.

Great play area which my little girl loved. Also noticed a big skate park area which looks impressive. The cafe is very good too with lots of drinks, snacks and ice cream to choose from. Only grumble is the introduction of car park charges. That said they are reasonable and you can park for 3 hours for £1.50.

Lovely - I realise that we have to pay parking now however, it's alot cleaner. I took my granddaughter and we had a great time. We had ice cream which was delicious! Another visit I had a latte which was absolutely gorgeous - where else would you get a latte for £1.50?! Delicious - thank you!

This park is well positioned, to have nice stroll into Hanley or to enjoy nice walk around the lake. There is a cafe to enjoy take away fast foods at goog price's The children play area has well equipped and fenced off. There is also great for skateboarding such the like. Gets well used on hot and sunny days

Great park and skate areas. Good for kids and dogs. Car park has pay and display.

Great local amenity, landscaped lake with path and a park for children to play.Easy walking and hill climbing too.Something for everyone.Free parking.Café for coffee etc.

Fantastic place need more skate parks around stoke

As usual a beautiful welcoming place, pleased to see some cygnets with their parents - but glad I am disabled and so sorry that most people have to now pay to enjoy being able to visit such a lovely place, I had the money ready to pay but my grandaughter I didn't need to. It had taken well more than an hour to walk happily around.

From traveller point of view …. If you go to central forest park, you can’t find nothing for yourself but climbing a small mountain & see the city from top. Overall, it is good park. I will rate it 4 stars because there is no food available in this park.
