We had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The food portion was good and tasted perfect.Lovely staff, they've even did a surprise birthday celebration for my daughter and provided complimentary Ice cream.Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Stoke.

Food is great like always but the last few times we’ve been the service is getting slower. A couple of bites ago we were sat at the table for 15 minutes without even been asked if we would like a drink. Then another 15 minutes with empty plates which we ended up horsing and asking for our bill. There was a large part of kids in which no fault to the restaurant it was like a play ground. Kids were running a round the restaurant and hitting balloons into the air which were hitting people that were trying to eat. Shocking!

First time I went to this Frankie & Benny's. It was a busy night but I didn't mind. Food was amazing, came in piping hot and all came out at the same time for us four.Only reason I put 4 stars is because I wasn't a fan at how loud they play the birthday song. I understand it's what they do, I just don't do well with busy places and loud sounds. My anxiety just hates it. Like I've said I've been to other Frankie and Bennys and they've never played their music too loud where its actually got to me a bit. Luckily it doesn't last long.Honestly, if you want good food and don't mind loud spaces go here. Staff were nice too.

Good food, attentive server, busy slot but floor not clean under table plus table was sticky. Good value kids meals. Nerdy note re picture-GMH is General Motors Holden, which despite being part of General Motors, is distinctly Australian not American or Italian;-)

Always love the attention to detail here. Staff were excellent with any queries and the food was perfect. I had the spicy sausage and meatball dish. Can't wait to go again!

We called in for lunch again. O decided upon the chriatmas festive menu. 3 courses for 18.90. I have to say the food was lovley. Fresh warm and appetising. And great value for the money. The four cheese and bread starter was delicious. Only downside was id of preferred to ha e my cranberry sauce seperate and not on top of my cheese.

Was staying at a nearby hotel and with other places closed or requiring reservation we were grateful for a table. Service was really good, waiter was very friendly and the food was great too highly recommend FnB for a quick food fix!

Service was good. Food tasted good and was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would criticise is when you order the food I thought it would come with a bit of side salad. Even for presentation. Would go again. Feel for what you get a bit expensive. Particularly the drinks but that may just be me .

Ordered the £30 deal where you get 3 dishes of pasta, garlic bread and pizza. Pasta portions are small, and pizza arrived burnt. Currently appealing with Justeat for our money back, certainly not worth £30.
