Greggs in Stoke-on-Trent

21/04/20 Even though Greggs was allowed to operate during the coronavirus pandemic as a takeaway, it chose to remain closed. 23/04/2022 The tuna crunch baguette was terrible.

Just been into the Hanley shop and Dorne was amazing friendly and polite. Every time i am in there I get top service from her.

Went in for two lattes this afternoon and i was about to give the lady the money for them until she said"This is on me,Merry Christmas" Me and my mum were amazed and left speachless!! Such a lovely woman who didnt have to do that,we were very confused but what a kind thing to do,great customer service!x

Friendly service. Went for the hot chicken and stuffing baguette. I like the lay out of being able to choose the sandwich you want on entrance. Doing it at the counter can make you feel rushed sometimes if it's busy. Always enjoy the coffee from Greggs and specifically went for my usual pumpkin spice but they had run out! devastating but not surprised...its yum. Will be back soon as the pumpkin spice season doesn't last long. #pumkinspice4lifenotjust4christmas 🤪

Be better if moved them outside Greggs Hanley asking for £5.50 breakfast everyday there is homeless places go to if really wanted to like Macari centre Hanley, YMCA and The Salvation Army and a free food place but they choose to beg all day everyday non stop

Queued ten minutes for a look warm steak bake and slice of Pizza. Now I remember why I've not been in for a few years. Couldn't be bothered to queue again, as I'm likely to be told that's as warm as they get! Sandwiches from a Petrol station fridge would have been warmer!

Food is always cold, closes earlier then it should. Some staff are really moody and others are friendly happy and cheerful. Most of the time food is cold not fresh or even burnt. No care for packaging your food items either

I went in today with my neice she had a warm sausage roll not hot i ask for a vegetarian sausage roll the lady said its cold so I ask for a vegetarian paste she said it cold too so I ask for a vegetarian steak pie she told me that was cold too.. Why are them in the ovens at the front of the shop for people to eat on the go but are cold.

Small building can be a bit cramped if there's a lot of people in there. Apart from that was good, very clean, was served by Becky and she was very polite and friendly. Prices could be a little bit cheaper but the best place for savoury food on the go.

Cannot ever fault #Greggs as there sausage rolls are legendary, and the bargains in there now, from a few years back are mega. It's no longer a bank card to buy food. Not saying it ever has, but to some people might just feel that way. There is so many good choices even more available now. Love the food, love the staff, and love the service and quality. Exceptional. And I am one goddam fussy eater. Enjoy peeps. Great for kids too. My son loves their pizzas. :)
