Terri was a star. So efficient and polite, quick to take our order, and this Thursday the food was much better than the Wednesday (I visited 3 times in a row) but to be fair Wednesday was full house so the staff must had a hard time. Also the tall big guy with the beard at the reception is a fantastic host. He gave us a warm welcome, and quickly showed us to our table, very cheerful person, nice face to see walking in the restaurant.Ultimate mixed grill if you're hungry 😋

Main meals are of a good quality and prices on the whole are reasonable. Alas, the unlimited salad bar, one of the restaurant's main selling points, still isn't back to being self-service. I really don't like having a staff member serve every item of the salad - it slows the whole thing down and feels like they're judging all of my choices. I didn't think it would damage the experience as much as it did but here I am. I wouldn't come back until the salad bar is back to being self-service - that's one of the main selling points of the restaurant.

The waitress was really good. She was super efficient, friendly but not over bearing. My daughter had chicken and so did I. They seemed like very cheap cuts. Mine was in a flat bread and It was really hard to cut so I just ended up leaving most of my meal.We have been before and we really enjoyed it last time so this time it was disappointing.

Terri was an absolutely amazing host. Handled every request with ease. Nothing was an issue for her and she worked incredibly hard to ensure we had a great experience. The other server was very nice too. Very happy overall

3 stars for food and cleanliness. 5 star for waiting staff.Returned to the Harvester for the first time since the pandemic. We were rather disappointed by the food (the crispy chicken coating was far too hard to be enjoyable and the rotisserie chicken skin was soggy) but the flavour was nice. Our table had some sticky sauce on it and one of the knives in the pot was dirty. We were served by a lovely waitress called Harriet who was charming, really seemed to care about our visit and looked after us very well. We were rather surprised that paying by card didn't offer a tip facility and thus we left a terribly low tip (from rooting round for any change we had in our pockets) that didn't reflect how pleased we were with her. Sorry Harriet!

Really nice food. Lovely family friendly atmosphere. Our server Terri was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything perfectly. She took the time to chat and spoke to my daughter directly instead of just asking us what she wanted. She Made us feel very welcome.

Sadly the Harvester experience is lacking these days. Due to corona virus restrictions you have to be taken to the salad bar to have your unlimited salad chosen for you and there is even less choice than there ever has been. At this particular restaurant the tables were sticky and the toilets were filthy. The way they cook the chicken has changed too and its not nice, the texture is rubbery. Service was too slow for a Friday afternoon lunch.

Really positive experience today. Service exceptionally good. Our server Elise was very friendly and professional. The food was well presented thanks to our chef of the day Nathan. It has to be said that prices are on the high side but it ended up value for money.Happy to discuss with others should they wish

I had a three course meal. Starters, i had nachos and it was lovely. Main, i had a chicken burger but it was nice but i dont like thay type of chicken. Desert was fine but melted when got to the table. Salad bar was good. Staff was alright but they was impatient. I was still eating and asked if i would like the bill.Wouldnt suggest it. Rate 5 out of 10.
