Hills Fish And Chips in Stoke-on-Trent

Food is ok but we ordered 2 sausage boxes with peas and gravy. We got 1 box with just gravy and 1 with peas quite upswt. But hey

My burger was lovely and nicely done all the way through and tasted really good the staff were friendly and polite and well worth the money and they pack it very nice for me to carry home and had a lovely variety of food to choose from as well plus nice affordable prices

The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had… they use have been left over from lunchtime opening and refried. The chips were hard and tasted greasy, the fish when we opened the carton you could just tell by the colour of the batter that it had been fried more than once, it tasted of the grease and was rock hard and the fish inside was equally as hard. Never had such bad food. And not the fist time from here. But thought I would give it a second chance. Fish and chips times 3 in the bin!!.. no more chance.

One of the greatest chip shops in Stoke. I use to come here during my time at Staffordshire University for dinner occasionally. They make delicious pizza, chicken, burgers, fish and chips!

I currently localy in stoke centre and I've been here a few times sometimes a meal deal and others times just a portion of chips, really nice food the owner is a nice guy highly recommended 👌 👍 😋

Great was first time order and arrived early and the portions where way too much even for me but definitely worth the money will order again if in the area

Food is of good quality and fairly cheap but when you walk in to order don't be surprised if your stood there half hour while the staff concentrate on telephone orders very rude

Whoever runs this place needs to do a course on customer service. I've been shouted at down the phone told told to shut up and listen. I've ordered from Hills for a while, recently I've noticed the delivery time is well over an hour, on this occasion 1 hour 30 mins. My order when delivered was cold, items missing charging me for a naan bread and giving me a pot of sauce in return which is £1 cheaper. I ordered a large house special and got a small, there was literally a couple of peices of meat the rest was chips and salad, I asked there to be only lettuce and onion I got cucumber and tomato and no onion. I'm mortified that this place is continuing to do this. I don't usually write reviews but people need know that this place doesn't care about customers it is money driven and in no way respects women. To be spoken to like that over the phone when Hills is in the wrong is disgusting.

Ordered first time ,took long time for deliver about 1 hour and 5 mins ,chips is greasy and look old,fish is ok curry mushy peas ok,I will not order again -will back to uber eats is much better
