Kebab Range in Stoke-on-Trent

Took over a hour for a 9inch pizza and chips and come 2 mins round the counter I can walk there if I hadn’t got kids it’s a joke when I rang it was just 5 mins sorry about the delay it will never get from here again I would understand if it was a big order and it wasn’t at the to of the street sort it out

Simply awful service...over 2 hours waiting for a delivery, 5 phone calls later and they tried to deliver to the wrong address...never again....

Nicest kebab we've had in ages.. mega tasty, loads of meat and not greasy at all.. delivered earlier than expected and delivery man was lovely.. deservedly 5 stars!

Wouldn't even give it a 1 star shocking 2 hours for food but get told when you ring its goin be 10 mins joke never again 🤦‍♀️ sent food back

Just called in for a chick tikka wrap ...priced at £3.30 i was asked for £4.50 oh yeah the menu on the wall is wrong... welllllkkk ll dont assume we r all drunk ready to be ripped offI walked

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago… took a while for it to come to then getting rushed up hospital the next day with food poisoning, bare in mind I am pregnant. Won’t be ordering from here ever again! Don’t even want to rate it 1 star but I don’t have a choice!

3 orders from here now and not been let once the food is beautiful we've had from curry to burgers definitely a massive thumbs-up from me 👍👍

The food is better than most. Chicken Tikka off the bone is good and really good value. Delivery times are woeful and you do need to order about 90 mins before you're ready at weekends.

Ordered delivery online, website states 70 mins , after nearly 2 hours of waiting rang them up to then be told " we're just that busy if you still want it it's going be another half an hour" then my confirmation email came through straight after the phone call so clearly they don't check their online ordering system, after waiting another 50 minutes food arrived, lukewarm and by this point nearly 3 hours after initially ordering I'd gone past feeling hungry didn't want or enjoy it at all, will never be using kebab range again.

Okay so our regular (Yorkshire fisheries 5*) was unexpectedly closed, we decided based on their Uber reviews to give Kebab Range a chance.... We ordered at 5:30 and two hours proceed to pass by... nothing! no food, no updates, no calls. So after exhausting every help option in the app we call Kebab Range, who appeared to be completely oblivious of the order they were apparently processing "it'll be 10 minutes please, ten minutes". It wasn't ten minutes, another 40 minutes pass by followed by another phone call and finally at 8:15pm our food arrives.To be fair! The food wasn't that bad, not the best you can buy and just about worth the money but it was decent and enjoyable, but not worth the bloody feature length movie wait time!
