KFC in Stoke-on-Trent

50 minute wait for an order, staff are slow and disinterested in serving customers. Parking is a nightmare and the tables don't feel clean.Fortunately kfc chicken tastes good both hot and cold, since you're not getting it hot even with that long a wait...Also they've stopped doing krushems which is pretty poor

We had an issue with our order that was delivered by Deliveroo - on ringing the KFC branch at festival park we spoke with Kelly who sorted everything out brilliantly and we left happy. thanks again Kelly.

Food is definitely hit or miss here... Staff are usually friendly I guess. Their chicken can contain gristle and is usually very greasy. At other times it can be dry like the chicken breast. There fries are too soggy and aren't crispy. If I were to recommend an order it would probably be one of their chicken burgers, there popcorn chicken is good too. Overall, definitely not perfect, but not the worst either.

Pretty typical KFC really. They're obviously struggling from a supplies point of view (often missing items from the menu or even something as simple as having incorrect size drinks lids) as well as from a staff point of view (they always seem under staffed and struggling to cope with footfall).Food is generally OK though and about what you'd expect from a KFC.

Absolutely dire experience probably the worst kfc we have visited. Poor seating and set out of the store. We experienced a n extremely long wait and the food was disgusting. Avoid if you can!!!

Food quality is very bad and the portion of the chicken size is very small

KFC are widening there menus to include vegan and vegetarian yet offer nothing for celiacs or gluten intolerances. Online there are options for grilled chicken salads and other plane salads yet every KFC I have tried never had these options available. There is a lot places can do and improve on yet choose not to.!!!

Absolutely appalling food quality at this branch of KFC. The gravy was out of date (and tasted of plastic), the chicken was very dry, most likely having been left for quite some time before being served. The chips were almost cold and was overall an incredibly disappointing meal. Hopefully this is just a one-off but unfortunately we'll certainly be going somewhere else next time.

Free parking. Parking spaces readily available. Spacious seating. KFC was delicious as usual. One of their self-order terminals wasn't printing the collection numbers. So I had to find my order number myself by asking the staff. Staff were very helpful.
