KFC in Stoke-on-Trent

Visited this for the first time on 01/08/2022 as this one served halal food. I asked the lovely lady at the till to help me as not had KFC as everywhere else is not halal. She kindly told me about the deals etc and help me choose the best one for us. Had a lovely experience here the lady was more than helpful and friendly. Definitely will be coming here again if we’re near by.

Don’t ever go to this KFC. Not once have I been where they haven’t had a full selection of food. Go to the better option of McDonalds down the road.

Poor. Staff don't seem interested. The food me and my daughter had was dry and 12 Chips.. yes 12 in my daughter's box meal. Gravy was like water. Too much emphasis on the deliveroo drivers and drive through. I'll not be returning.

Omg wot is going on with KFC, ordered a vegan Royal , when it comes to me I had one piece of lettuce on top are three pieces at the bottom,, search vegan Royale was dry to, and eselfserve was not disability friendly either

The conditions were clean and pleasant, the food was amazing, the wings were nice and spicy, the strips were very tender, overall 10/10, best kfc experience I've had so far.

The food hear is terrable a bunch of 13 year olds can cook and run this place better had a ten piece family feast and the chicken was old and dry couldnof used it as a replacent to leather my chips was dry and cold not fresh at all my gravy was lumpy and looked like was just thrown in to the bag such a rubbish meal for 23 pound would of been better off going to a weatherspoons wont be going here again terrable staff bad attitude kfc need to employ grown ups that care not childern that cant cook or even serve there customers with pride

The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The original chicken is always dry though. Please could you do something to make the chicken less dry in the future? I

Terrible experience from start to finish ... went through the drive through waiting for the order to be taken for 5 minutes as nobody was asking us for our order drove further round and happened to see a member of staff coming out of the back door who we questioned about someone taking our order he said he had to tell the manager so had to reverse back and finally someone was there and took our order ... we paid and were told to pull in the bay which we waited for 25 to 30 minutes before our food came ... we only ordered 9 piece chicken & 2 fries! Rubbish service

50 minute wait for an order, staff are slow and disinterested in serving customers. Parking is a nightmare and the tables don't feel clean.Fortunately kfc chicken tastes good both hot and cold, since you're not getting it hot even with that long a wait...Also they've stopped doing krushems which is pretty poor

Free parking. Parking spaces readily available. Spacious seating. KFC was delicious as usual. One of their self-order terminals wasn't printing the collection numbers. So I had to find my order number myself by asking the staff. Staff were very helpful.
