Lin Take Away in Stoke-on-Trent

It's a Thursday night, and we've waited TWO HOURS for our food. The gravy come it was cold. Straight into the bin. Won't be ordering from here again. Would understand if it was a weekend or bank holiday.

Second time Using Lin's Food was nice we enjoyed it and was delivered in the time slot given wich is good for a busy saturday night. Delivery guy was nice. I recomend this take away and would use again.

Wish I could give less than 1 star.Ordered my food, items were missing, was told that the boss would refuse to recook my order as I didn't want half cold food when my other items arrived.Waited an extra 45 minutes for my missing items that never turned up after being told they were "around the corner"Shocking customer service. Will not use again.

Was lied to on the phone about how long it would take my missing items to arrive, in the end I told them to forget my missing items, collect the stone cold food from my kitchen and I want my money back. Order from literally any other Chinese takeaway.

Only half my order arrived, was lied to about how long my missing items would be. Will never order from this place again.

Absolutely ridiculous place. Pre-ordered at 11:00am for 6pm delivery for 15 people. At 5:40 received an email saying they’ve cancelled the order - no reason why? Tried to call them but not answering - let so many people down. Rubbish.

Food is good however, it is a 3 star hygiene rating, the till was not manned, I had to shout through to the back to be served. The guy coming out didn't know how to wear a mask properly and all the other staff were not following guidelines (I could see through to the back that they were huddled together without masks) which was very hypocritical as on the door it says "No mask, No Entry." Won't be ordering from this place again as it doesn't really fill you with confidence at all.

Ordered at 8pm, nearly 2 hours later and it's still not arrived. They're also not answering their phone. Think I've been shafted, unfortunately. I wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering. I wonder if I'll be able to get my money back? 🙄Please don't give these people your custom.

They accept pre-paid order's on foodhub and then close their shop. Can't get through to them on the phone either as the phone is off the hook. Blatant theft! Drove to their shop to find they were actually closed... Avoid these thieves.
