had an issue, I ordered collection accidentally which I rung the shop after an hour of me thinking it was coming (my mistake obviously), they sorted it straight away and had it delivered instead, staff were nice and friendly! food arrived perfect temperature! sadly I received a cheesecake instead of the cake I ordered, but it will still be eaten! 😁

I won the competition for the jubilee dunk box. It tasted amazing and the assortment of chocolate sauce dips were great.

First of all, this review isn't about the food as it was really nice, it's mainly about the experience. We were seated by a polite young lady who gave us a menu and showed us to our seat. After about 5 to 10 minutes of us deciding what we wanted, she then comes over with a different menu saying that they increased the prices and haven't changed them on the old menu (why give us an old menu and then come over and explain about the price rise? Surely it would have been better customer service to do it as we were being seated?). Anyway, we ordered and waited for our food. This was when we realised the place was in silence and had no atmosphere, for at least half the time we were there. The toilets weren't in the best condition seen as though it was only 11.30am. Like I said though, the food was really nice but unfortunately I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely disgustin experience!! If i could give no star i would! Order a crepe thats suposed to have white hazelnut chocolate, this is what came.. ring up to b told this is white hazelnut its a new 1 that changed only yesterday 🤣 gets put onto another member of staff who was very rude and again told me what i was looking at was white hazelnut i asked to speak to a manager to which i was refused and he put the phone down! I will be taking this further and wont ever spend my money here again!

Really good experience visiting here tonight, very friendly staff. The Kinder Bueno waffle is well worth the money and the Tango Ice Blasts went down well.

Absolutely delightful experience! Staff were very friendly, and prices reasonable. We got the sharing platter for 2, 14.95 for two full sized waffles and a million pancakes with toppings. Amazing smoothies too. One of the best dessert shops in the area, will definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Not sure if there is a new regular portion size, but we ordered a cookie dough and it arrived half the size that they used to be. It was also cold when it arrived. Really dissapointed as we used to love little dessert shop, unfortunately won't be ordering from here again.

Recommend this lovely place. So much variety and friendly staff. Delicious selection from small desserts, dipping selection, to waffles, crepes, hot cookie doughs, sundaes, hot and cold coffees, mocktails and even afternoon tea( need to book this in advance)The pancake stack was enormous and we actually had to pack it home!Glad it's non alcoholic. Great place for kids /teens and families.Not 5 stars as few gluten free options, and not clearly labelled as such
