McDonald's in Stoke-on-Trent

Disgusted and shocked. Cold food. Reheated mozzarella sticks. Missing straw/sauces. Rude staff. Waited ten minutes in an empty drive through, just to get a wrong order and one with insects in. Literally opened my “sealed” wrap and a fly crawled out from under the lettuce. Vile. Fuming. £10 and 20-25 minutes wasted. Food binned.

Awesome place (festival heights) ! Sorry i mean't AWFULL place ! Always things missing and food cold and only 1 mile away ! This time they sent cold food and double our order and no drinks ! Last time we picked up ourselves ! 3 cars waited 30 minutes until we went in to complain ! Then it took 5 minutes for someone to talk to us ! Then they said ok we will do yours now ! Probably would have been longer if we did not go in ! Time before these we got cold food and missing food ! What do you expect as its run with kids ! And don't bother complaining on mcdonalds complaint site as they say enter your order number but won't except it and then says it has expired after only having the food 10 minutes before ! No longer good and not fast food anymore ! Won't be long before mcdonalds lose all customers !

No fries came with my order. The only number on the app to call was for the uber driver who delivers - not prepares or packages the food. Rang the branch in Stoke (Festival Park) NINE times and no one answered. Really disappointed. I want a refund.

UPDATE - five hours after visiting here I had severe dairrhea, something I haven't had for years. The food I mentioned that was sitting on the side for excessive time getting cold/warm and melting will not have complied with Environmental Health regs. I now greatly suspect this EH food hygiene is not being practiced throughout the rest of the kitchen. I've eaten McDonald's for years with no issue - but I would suggest people stay well away from this particular restaurant.Shockingly bad service. Waited 30 minutes for a small order of one kid in and one adult meal to eat in. After three attempts I got a told not to be rude to staff! With absolutely no empathy for my 6 year old with me waiting or apology for the excessive time.Was told it was due to staff shortage. Coming from London it has zero to do with staff shortage ...and likely everything to do with the staff moving around like zombies at a snails pace. Extremely poor management.The situation no doubt not helped by the obsessive focus on deliveries, destroying all other areas of McDonald's.I was not the only family complaining.The crazy amount of food sitting of the side going to waste, just melting and going cold/ warm is an absolute disgrace as well.

We took 5 children for a little birthday celebration… the staff were great and really helpful… they helped to make it special for my little niece …. They bought out the birthday cake and sang happy birthday and the whole of the restaurant joined in!!We’ll done McDonald’s and the fab team at Festival Park

Always very slow service and when you finally get your food its cold. Staff just don't care and useless. They spend more time talking amongst them then doing what there paid for.Since the first review we've been again and worse then the first time. Drive-thru- Ordered a meal for myself and a happy meal. Was told to park up and wait but here are your drinks! Firstly was given the wrong drink and no apology! After 15 mins waiting to get our food they only brought one meal and said you haven't ordered a happy meal and walked off. So I had to follow them back in with my receipt and tell them once again they haven't given me all my order and here is my proof. And surprise took another 10 minutes and still cold.Complete waste. Its gone down hill. Employ staff that actually know what to do. Never again!

Queued up at the drive through last night. Got to the order point but was kept waiting as there was no one available to take my order. The next 2 windows were just as slow. I have never waited so long to be served at a McDonalds drive through. Whatever happened to fast food?

Firstly I'm horrified and I will be ringing to speak to a manager first thing in the morning. After finishing a night shift I went here to order a meal, my fries were cold so I asked politely for them to be replaced. When the staff returned with my what should have been fresh hot fries,,,, they were the same fries refried !!!! I have worked in food for many years to know this !!! Also it's come sense as the product didn't tase like McDonald's fries!!!! This is madness how this is going on behind our backs. The Fact they think this is ok and to lie and cover up the situation is even worse!!!They were also having a full clean down whilst food was around which is not proper food code within a restaurant.

Food was good today. The experience not so good. If any of you working in Mc Donald’s wonder why there was a tomato on the floor near our table, it is from the gang of teenagers that thought it was fun to throw them at us. It was around 1630 or shortly before that today. (24. April 2022)

Very good customer service. Quick service. I went late morning for breakfast, just before breakfast service ended (ends about 11am). Not busy at that time, good clean car park, also has drive in or walk to the self service machines and order inside. Can eat in or take away.
