Mcdonalds Longton in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered by the app and had to wait Inside for over 30 minutes for the food. We ordered for take away as the drive thru was blocked due to the length of the queue. The restaurant was prioritising just eat/Uber/deliveroo over other customers. Around 20 delivery drivers where queuing with dine in & takeaway customers taking second place. By the time the goods arrived it was cold and the milkshakes had melted.This site is trying to run the orders at more than 200% capacity. avoid

If I could of Left zero stars, I would have. Really bad. Usual story 60 people waiting for food. Meanwhile the staff are prioritising delivery’s and sorting out delivery drivers, over customers that are waiting here and now in the restaurant. ( they don’t even get the order correct on deliveries) Really wearing thin TBH Of you can’t cope with delivery orders, Don’t take them !!!! Really not a difficult concept to understand Isit.

I ordered abit of food from mcdonalds in longton and this is what I recieved I payed for it to be delivered I am not happy as I had to go down to mcdonalds it's self to speak with the manager this hasn't happened just the once when ive had items missing its happened loads of times it needs sorting it's put me off from having food delivered from mcdonalds

Absolutely disgusting service and food and the manager seems to not care what her staff are doing. Took an hour to go through the drive through and I still didn't get to leave my order. I knew there was a reason I never use longton macdonalds

Missing items. Custom order wrong. No ice in drinks. Store not answering phone despite multiple calls.Will just process a charge back as it be quicker!

McDonald's Longton Drive-thru, Stoke-on-Trent- cut a long story short...After waiting 10 minutes for our order it was wrong, so they had to correct it. In the meantime our McFlurry's and milkshake were melting, so had to go back to have those replaced. 20 minutes later it's correct, to then get home to this....I wouldn't feed this brown wilted lettuce or brown chips to a rabbit. Disgusting!

Consistently poor service here. Bought 4 fillet meals and the cheesy bites.1. Food was cold2. Drinks were given in 2 x 2cup holders as they had run out of the 4cup cupholders. one spilt on the way home3. They never have milkshakes, so had to get coke4. They forgot the dip for the cheesy bites.Complete shambles... hope the manager reads this.

if I could give it a 0 I would. Sarah, one of the cleaners is so rude. I witnessed this lady getting in 2 young vulnerable girls faces for no reason at all. They entered the store and Sarah got into one of the girls faces then went into another’s after. I heard “we only want to order some food and we will leave”. As a grown woman, I definitely wouldn’t like a fully grown woman shouting in my daughters face how she did. It was disgusting. Especially when there was children in the restaurant including mine own. Absolutely disgusting. On the other hand, Other staff seem polite and friendly

I went to McDonald's and there was lots of parking but was blocked by the big bins when asked colleague rudely said you can't park here delivery due any moment you need to park somewhere else 😠😠😠😠😠

Just been (02.01.21) for a breakfast. No sausage so had to have bacon, (2 thin, smoked slices with extra rind.) No brown sugar and no decaf coffee or tea. Also, I know the weather was -3C and things go smaller in the cold but I didnt expect the bacon, egg, bap or coffee to have shrunk. We were lucky to get 1 tomato ketchup between us but no napkin to wipe our greasy hands on. Could this be a result of Brexit ?
