Popped in for some lunch today, my 10 year old chose as he loves the unicorn slushies. Wish we hadn't bothered!! We were told when we ordered there would be a 30 minute wait which was fine with us as we could see it was very busy, however when we tried to find a table all vacant ones were full of plates, leftover food etc. I had to clear the table myself as there didn't seem to be anyone around to ask. Food finally arrived about 45 mins after we'd ordered. The food wasn't great but we ate it as our 19 month old was getting very impatient having waited so long! There was hardly any clean cutlery, no condiments at all and the whole place was a bit of a state to be honest.Won't be going again anytime soon.

Came in for lunch while shopping in Festival Park. We ordered 2 jacket potatoes and 2 drinks....a tea and hot chocolate. One tiny potato each with a salad that consisted of leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half. The tables and general area weren't clean. Certainly wouldn't return. Don't leave many bad reviews but this deserves it. Wouldn't get 1 star if given the option. Oh and the "hot" chocolate wasn't even hot. Very disappointed.

Doesnt deserve the 1 star I had to give it to post. Ordered breakfast and came to 21 pound. Had to pay extra for extra items. Bacon was cold and rock hard. Beans were like bullets. Mushrooms no where near cooked. Stone cold toast. Cold eggs. Vile food. Used to come here as a kid with me mum and can't remember it being this bad. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!

The staff who served me were friendly, polite, helpful and proactive. Whilst there are always challenges in providing excellent service with limited resources, the staff today provided exemplary service. Clean surfaces and well presented and prepared food. Thank You!

No one was at the desk to take my order i had to shout someone to serve me twice and they still left me and a queue of customers for 5mins.the machine where you're supposed to order from was not working and they gave me a dirty plate with my cake (it was a chocolate cake) stain on plate is red. Also the woman serving was miserable as sin.

Had the full breakfast. What a joke. No more fried bread. No tea included as before covid. Tables not cleared. Nasty, cheap baked beans. Eggs not cooked properly. Mushroom and tomato cold. All in all absolutely disgusting. Young lady who served us was pleasant enough. That was the only good thing about it

Had all day breakfast here, nearly had to wait all day for it! Arrived after 25 mins, food would have been lovely but it was cold. Waitress was very helpful and efficient. But won't eat here again as too long to wait and it wasnt busy at all.

Food was cold and disappointing. Staff were nice but place wasn't that busy and wasn't that clean. No atmosphere. My son had fish n chips and the batter used to cook both the fish and the chips needed changing as it was over used and dirty. His food was covered in black specks and he refused to eat it.

Every now and again I use this cafeteria. I find it clean, tidy and the staff are smashing. They do lovely fish here, so when the urge takes I will pop in for Fish, Rice & Peas. 2 of those meals with two hot drinks for around £11, it's a fare meal and cheaper than the chip shop. Shame they close at 7pm, or I'd used the place a lot more 👍
