Nando's in Stoke-on-Trent

Nice place and good service but the food took quite long to come and some chicken wings were not fully cooked and some glasses were not very clean.

Would not give me NHS discount even though I had my bluelights discount code and ID as the member of staff said I need my NHS card. Won't be going again bit of a joke really.

The meal was great. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The issue we had was with who we assumed to be the manager, she is a white blonde woman. I believe that my partner and I were the targets of microaggression and racism. She was very rude to just us. Did not serve us but every other table. She made far too many assumption like we did not pay for our meals. She also made a scene where she told my partner off and she made sure everyone in the restaurant was aware of the situation. This made us feel very uncomfortable.

Went there lasts week and wow . Food was great and service was awesome 👌 think the young lady was called Emily , she had purple hair and glasses. Nothing was to much trouble for her . Over all amazing food and awesome service. Will come again.

i had the pleasure of eating here late night on a Wednesday after a school run. this was very much needed the food came super quick and extra nice and hot. All of the staff on that night were amazing i couldn’t fault a thing

What more would you want than a cheeky Nando’s? Heather and Georgia certainly delivered that Nando’s experience to us. Me and my family had a pleasant time here, staff so friendly and welcoming we felt apart of the team! Food was Nando-licious , will come again!

Service was fantastic, down to earth, relatable, polite and friendly as soon as I walked inAnd the food, my eyes were bigger than my stomach but damn did I try to finish my plates off, gorgeous food, first time going will definitely go again ❤

£9 for a burger smaller than my fist. Usually ordering a £9 burger would also get me some chips and a salad on the plate too but nope. Luckily I ordered 2 pieces of garlic bread to go with it for an extra £1.50 otherwise 90% of the dinner plate would be empty. It sounds like a bad joke. Decent flavour, extortionate prices. Completely unsatisfied.Only giving a 2nd star because the burger was quite good, just wish it was bigger. Next time, ill just go to Burger Priest next door, or even the buffet inside,and I recommend others do the same. Same cost, more food.

Decided spur of the moment on a cheeky Nandos and what a great decision! We- 4 adults and a newborn- went along at lunchtime midweek and the server couldn't be more accommodating.He sorted a corner table with plenty of space for us and the pram, explained the new ordering system and offered further assistance should we need it. My only regret is that we didn't get his name to praise him specifically.The food was served quickly and efficiently and cooked to perfection, and the range of condiments appealed to everyone. Overall the restaurant was clean and spacious with decent Covid provisions. The app to order is very straightforward as well which is refreshing, some places have really overcomplicated the process!So- Bravo Nandos. Definitely will be returning!
